Delay in arrival of paid for cold frame which I had to chase up reissued with poor instructions could not manage to build By one person.
Wrong parts in the package and wheel incorrect for frame and brakes broken. A poor service Following complaint received up to date instructions -too late

Met with Sue at the Staines site. Meeting was arranged and all my questions were answered clearly and concisely. Completely felt at ease and the service was professional and clear. Our purchase was executed and I felt comfortable and relaxed with the greenhouses on show and the service received. Jason was also in the office who was an added source of information. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

We popped into Greenhouse People at Braehead for advice etc and met up with Ian McLaren. After a chat on what I was looking for and what he recommended would suit me, I went away to think about it. We returned a few weeks later and had another chat and I was very happy on what I decided I wanted to purchase - and did.
Now waiting for delivery and 🤞there will be no problems as we live a far distance from Glasgow

Ordered a greenhouse from the Staines branch, Jason was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the products and accessories, and was very patient when helping us with the configuration. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with The Greenhouse people starting with Ian McLaren at the Braehead showroom. Ian was so knowledgeable and helpful we were able to choose exactly what we needed making sure we got the best deal available ! Delivery was just as efficient with a really helpful delivery driver that stored it all carefully until we had a date for assembly. This driver had come all the way from Stoke and spoke so highly of his employer telling me they were a family firm and how good they were to work for-this is rare in 2026.
Ian had given us a list of people that would assemble the greenhouse we chose Euan Denham from Denham contractors he was brilliant! Great communication explaining everything and did such a good job. Delighted to have Euan as a contact now for future jobs. A brilliant experience all round which is not something I can say too often about a product or customer service. In short I have already recommended one person back to Ian and will do the same re Euan. Thank you love love our Greenhouse.

I have just purchased a new greenhouse through Sue at the Staines site of Greenhouse People. I have been in contact with Sue over several years while my old greenhouse became unuseable. Sue has been helpful and patient over several years and when I visited the Staines site she carefully explained the differences between the different vendors and models, but left me quietly to make my own decision. Her advice was very valuable and culminated in the purchase of a Hercules Blenheim greenhouse. Highly recommended

I was very impressed how Sue kept me updated on offers and supplied quotes when requested.
Patio and base has now been laid so we can be 100% sure of size needed.
Ordering was easy so awaiting our easter project to begin.

I have never bought a greenhouse before and there are more things to consider than are obvious. I had carried out some research online and had a rough idea of the size and style that would work for me. The Greenhouse People were the first (and only) display area that I visited and the discounted greenhouse that was being featured was just what I had in mind.

I am sure that some of my question were basic and naive but Jon or his colleague, David, answered them all and made it simple to purchase. Jon merged an ability to answer my questions with avoiding an overbearing sales pitch.

After I had placed the order, there was continuing contact and both helped me steer my way through the process. This included introducing me to a suitable expert to erect the greenhouse. After the flat packed greenhouse arrived at my home, I was able to see the whole process of laying the base and a few weeks later erecting the greenhouse. I have to say that I am glad that I did not attempt it myself. I am very confident that it is stable and sound, and it sits well in the rear corner of my garden.

Sue's knowledge is extensive and she went over and above to ensure that we were happy with the greenhouse we purchased. We contacted Denham Installations to erect our new greenhouse. I can honestly say it's been a while since I have been fortunate enough to find such an excellent tradesman. Euan was good at keeping in touch, which is so important, he arrived when he said and even managed to fit in an extra day which was required due to damaged parts.
He was excellent and I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Just bought a greenhouse from greenhouse people at dobies bareheaded.dealt with Tony mc nulty who could not have been more helpful.very pleased with the service I received and would recommend the company and Tony to anyone thinking of buying a greenhouse or any other garden building.

Cannot comment on order as not yet delivered. Paid for next day delivery, delivery went to wrong house, company not interested. And I apparently have to now pick it up 5 miles away
