Not very good at all ordered my…
Not very good at all ordered my purchase you took money out of the bank then sent me an email that you didn’t have it. You wouldn’t be getting it till after Christmas. Just received money back in the bank very disappointed as this was supposed to be my grandson’s Christmas present.

Hello Sonia I am sorry we have let you down on this occasion. As you will have seen the Kart Suit you ordered was not in stock at the time of ordering and our website stated approx. 5-10 days delivery. After checking I can see we contacted you to let you know the supplier was also out of stock until after Christmas. I can see we actioned your refund as soon as you informed us you would not like to wait for the suit or choose from alternatives offered.
Superb costumer service
My kids are into karting and every-time we need karting accessories for them, this is the shop we’d always looked at. Their costumer service is superb. They’ve always call when items are out of stock and an alternative is always provided. It only shows their dedication and commitment for costumer satisfaction.

Daniel went over and above
As a regular customer of GPR they always provide excellent advice and service. To add to their normal high level I reached out to Danial their GM after him giving me his card as wanted to make a sizeable purchase. His coms were excellent as the item was not in stock and I needed for an urgent track day. He confirmed he would make it happen and the items arrived the day before. Amazing service
