Very professional service.
My order was placed with grand prix racewear on the phone. The service I received was excellant and very professional and I am pleased with the goods that I received.

Only delivered 4 of the 6 items. Did not notify me. No communication. Right before Christmas. Let down for present. Had to order from the competion which is kind of ironic.

Hello Trevor I am sorry for any inconvenience with your order. I can see we shipped the available items (4) on the 15th Dec. and a back ordered item on the 23rd (now delivered). I can see the race suit which was out of stock at the time of ordering was due to arrive from our supplier within 5-10 days and unfortunately this has now been delayed by the manufacturer until the second week of January. I am sorry if we have not communicated this clearly to you

They went above and beyond to get the Christmas presents for my daughter before the travel date. I am so thankful for how much they care for their customers. I will always order karting gear from them and will recommend it to anyone.

Poor communication
When I placed the order, I was expecting to get the goods within the next couple of days. Unfortunately what I ordered was out of stock, but nowhere did I see this until I'd placed the order. I was given a date telling me when the goods would be in for dispatch. This date came and went so I sent a WhatsApp message asking about my order. It says quite clearly that I would get a response within 2 hours, my response came after 5 days! I was then given another date, which took me to over two weeks. Eventually I received the order which I am very pleased with. If I'd known it was going to take so long I would have ordered a different item which may be in stock. A shame my experience wasn't great as the goods seem very good.

I was buying something for my son and i…
I was buying something for my son and i did not get a recipt or details on anything, so i reached out and they said it was out of stock even though i bought it and it said it was. And they said they would send it even though they already said it was out of stock, and after 7 days (excluding weekends) and it still did not come. I sent another email and they have not contacted me since.

Not very good at all ordered my purchase you took money out of the bank then sent me an email that you didn’t have it. You wouldn’t be getting it till after Christmas. Just received money back in the bank very disappointed as this was supposed to be my grandson’s Christmas present.

As you will have seen the Kart Suit you ordered was not in stock at the time of ordering and our website stated approx. 5-10 days delivery. After checking I can see we contacted you to let you know the supplier was also out of stock until after Christmas. I can see we actioned your refund as soon as you informed us you would not like to wait for the suit or choose from alternatives offered.
