What i ordered was for my grandsons…
What i ordered was for my grandsons birthday so I ordered it few weeks before but 2 items came 1 week after and the third item still has not come very disappointed as spent alot of money on these items

Purchased a junior Sparco Protection…
Purchased a junior Sparco Protection Bundle for my grandson and it was delivered in the specified window. Unfortunately the Rib Protection Jacket was to small for him but the Round Collar Kart ring fitted perfectly. After one email it was arranged to keep the Collar and only return the Jacket. The exchange to the next size was arranged and the small Jacket was returned and the replacement arrived again in the specified window and this was completed in four days. The arrangements and service was first class and I would not hesitate to use Grand Prix Racewear again. I do not normally write reviews but the service received was excellent. My grandson is also very happy with the Sparco equipment supplied

Place on the Podium
A clerical error, meant that I received the right item but, in the wrong colours.
A quick phone call was all that was required to get the resolution wheels turning and at qualifying lap pace.
None of this, wait for the old item to be returned before, the correct item can be ordered, a collection was arranged for the next day.
Great customer service isn't always getting it right, it's what you do when things go wrong, that's how you judge great customer service.

out of stock
The item I ordered, was out of stock and no future date for new stock, I was phoned the next morning to see if I wanted a refund but I decided just to wait.
Several weeks went by and then the notification by email came, the next day it arrived on 24 hour service and I was really pleased. I can't fault them for their honest and fair customer service.

Item out of stock after purchase despite not saying this on website
A bit concerned I just ordered a karting back brace for my child from here with express delivery included only to find out after purchase by email that this item is currently out of stock and instead of offering a refund they will send me the item when they have it which they estimate to be around 20/11 which is 3 weeks away. Not a good start as this is my first purchase from this company. I think they should say on their website if the item is out if stock and not wait to tell people after purchasing.
