My wife never got her order last night she is so so mad 😡 she said she will get her money back and never order from them again

My first time ordering gopuff as i saw it next door to my job, Thought the convenience was cool but there is no good customer service, she yelled at me for not knowing to the pick up system works, and I was not a delivery driver, and on top of that she had not even packed my order when the app stated my order was ready for pick up, there should be more training on better customer service...I will no longer be doing my business with this company!

Charged over double for my annual subscription without any warning. Cancelled said subscription immediately. I was then gaslit twice by Gopuff customer services.
Initially they stated there was no account under the details provided. I supplied photographic evidence from there own app on my phone.
Then i was told that i didn't qualify for the refund as the charge made 5 days prior, for over double the amount, with no warning, had a cooling off period in June 2025...
Steer well clear. thoroughly untrustworthy company with some very questionable practices.

They don't care about their drivers or customers. They only respond with AI nonsense and it is impossible to get them to fix any issues. It does not take THREE MONTHS to run a background check but they refuse to listen to any actual reason. They are an absolute joke of a company and I hope it all comes crashing down.

Delivered someone else's order. Didn't realsie as they asked for pin before handing over. Once I realised it wasnt our order they took it back but didnt have mine and left without sorting it. Contacted for helo and they saod as rhe pin was given they wouldn't do anything. I offered to show all video footage of what happened and they still refused

Reieved an order( eventually) and the fish fingers and ice cream was defrosted. Got in touch and was told a refund of the item was on my account. Then noticed the an item was different to the one ordered , was told I’d already had a refund so theee was nothing they could do . Well app deleted and no more orders again

Why would I want beer delivered to me late in the evening, warm? What is the point when I can get that temp in the morning? No thanks!

The company overcharged me. Despite providing them my financial activity, which clearly shows that I made two orders and was charged for 3 orders, they totally disregarded my concerns with standard BS. Absolutely no customer service!

Scam I cancelled my membership and was charged anyway and when contacting customer service they refused to refund me.

Terrible service, they lied about delivering my items, the driver stole my items, he preyed on me, not knowing how to work the service. I could only continue with an AI chat bot. They enrolled my card into a $78.00 family B.S. plan I did not request.You already stole my money and item delivery why would I want anything else. No refund yet!!!Then they send a message about not delivering in my service area, but you deliver to a street that's around the corner from my house. I go to the house to get my stuff, and it's still not at that house either. I would never order anything else from this app!

Generally I like Go Puff, but why does it always say that delivery will be a certain time until you order, then the time doubles once you’ve paid. It really feels like a scam. Also, why has no one from Go Puff responded to any of the reviews? It really goes to show that they don’t care about their customers.

GoPuff is going downhill! I purchased cake and other items to take to work during the week. Tonight at work, I realized one of the items was old/expired. I contacted support and was told they can’t help after 48 hours I ordered 50 hours ago. So, IF you buy anything, be sure to eat it within 48 hours, how ridiculous!!!

ME: You have intentionally not described the items. I ordered eggs few days ago and was delivered brown so if I have clicked on order again I should be receiving the same item. You don’t know who you are dealing with
They are so horrible

This company is trash they're supervisors do not care about customers at all probably why they have such a low rating. They damage your products and refuse to give you your money back telling you that you can get a credit so that you'll have to rebuy everything all over again and order a whole another $35 worth of items to get it delivered it's a scam

Worts experience delivery IN HISTORY!they take your money then tell you have a delay.and you raid the fast service fee!!!!! Fried to cancel. If i cancel I will not getting my refund?!?!! I placed my order at 11:30pm.and canceled my order at 1:30am!!!!!!.

Found a dead fly in one of my raspberries. Disgusting quality and not the first time I’ve had moulding fruits which GoPuff refused to refund

Delivery driver didn't even attempt the delivery. Just canceled the order. And their customer service Nadeem was no help trying to make it seem as if it was my fault. And you wonder why they have so many 1 star reviews. They even tried to charge me a fee to have the redelivery sent ASAP.

My Fault ordering from them again & paying for 'FASTER DELIVERY' is a Joke!..

Offered me £2 Credit to my Account'(I spent that on the Faster Deilivery!) 🤣
So I lose again.. Because the credit is to re spend with the idiots & they cut you off straight away & send a survey for quality, lmfao..

I made and order and it was a little over 148.00. It required a signature so I signed for it.
It was the wrong order so when I tried yo get hold of go puff of course its a chat bot and I was informed that I couldn't get a refund because I signed for the order even tho they said they understand that it was the wrong order. Don't use go puff.

I’ve been a paying GoPuff member, but the service has become increasingly disappointing.

The GoBags are one of the biggest issues. They are labelled as “Mixed Grocery (Not Vegetarian)”, which clearly suggests the bags contain non‑vegetarian items. However, every bag I received contained only vegetables, often duplicates of the same cheap items. When I questioned this, a GoPuff support agent told me that “Not Vegetarian just means it could contain anything,” which completely contradicts the label and is misleading to customers.

If a product is labelled Not Vegetarian, it should contain something that is not vegetarian. Otherwise, the description is inaccurate and customers are being misled.

On top of that, the Ramus 4 Battered Cod Fillets increased from £2.99 to £3.42 within a couple of days. When I asked why, support repeatedly asked for an order number even after I clearly explained it wasn’t related to an order. The chat was then closed without answering the question.

I’m also certain this isn’t the only item that’s gone up — it’s just the one I happened to notice. I suspect other products have increased in price without customers being made aware.

I raised a formal complaint by email, but the response was vague and avoided giving any specific explanation for the price increase. Just generic lines about “operational and supplier factors.”

As a paying member, I no longer feel GoPuff offers value for money. The misleading GoBag descriptions, unexplained price rises, and scripted customer service have put me off using the service altogether.
