Renewal scam for student discount. Promised at 50% off and then disappeared at auto renewal, even though if I cancelled and then subscribed again it would be at the 50% off for students.

I mistakenly had made a yearly subscription to go puff which I don't want and I don't need. I went and talked to the support team in my bank to get my money back but go puff refuse to give me my money back over service or subscription that I've never used and never will use. I used to spend a lot of money with gopuff and they're actually stealing my money now and this is not good

Driver ignored messages and kept order. Gopuff refused to resend my order because they said theyreimbursed me once for an item I never received in a large order and because of that $4, I won't get help with this $50 order apparently.

Absolute-scum! taking my money from a single parent without my consent. Without me using go off for over a year. And most of all without any pre warnings. And then refuse to refund me thanks to Lloyds bank they got my money back of these scum bags

Chicken smells so bad , customer service terrible, I have told them today ( order was yesterday) that chicken is not fresh and they could poison me and Ahmed replied to me saying it was delivered and correct pin provided and 12 hours windows passed :))

I had a really disappointing experience with Gopuff today.

I ordered yogurt, and when the delivery driver arrived, he handed me the bag very quickly, took my delivery code, and immediately drove away.

When I had the chance to look inside the bag, I found that the yogurt had leaked all over the inside of the bag and everything was covered. I tried calling the driver back straight away, but he ignored me and continued driving off.

I then contacted customer service, expecting the issue to be resolved. Instead, I was told that because I had already given the driver my delivery code, the order was now my responsibility, and they refused to offer a refund or replacement.

It's incredibly disappointing that there was no attempt to help, despite the item clearly arriving damaged. The whole experience left me feeling that customer service was more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving a genuine problem. I won't be ordering from Gopuff again.

They keep giving totally different time of delivery than really then delivering.
Said 15-30 min, delivery after an hour... couple of times!

Terrible customer support. Drivers often deliver to wrong address. One left order at apt complex office right before closing. They offer redelivery or credit but another long wait time so frustrating.

This gig is total garbage . When you accept a ride they pay you like $1.75 and you never know how much the customer pays tip your gambling. When you get there it might be 7 or 8 or 9 or even 10 miles away . You could be getting paid that $1.75 if the customer is living in the bad neighborhood or they're just cheap ass customers . For 20 miles going back and forth your getting that $1.75 paid . No more than that that's what happened to me . This app is totally garbage . These guys are ridiculous company .

I am writing this to warn the public—especially women and vulnerable individuals—about a disgusting safety failure by Gopuff UK. Tonight, a Gopuff delivery driver named "BAKER" utilized the app's chat platform to launch a completely unprovoked, targeted attack on me after knowing my exact home address.
As a disabled woman, who relies on delivery services to function I was subjected to vile, misogynistic, and racially coded slurs, including being called a "dutty pum pump gyal", along with severe intimidation and body-shaming.
When I stood my ground to protect my dignity against this hostile stranger, the driver continued to escalate his abuse. When I tried to escalate this critical safety emergency through the in-app support chat, Gopuff's response was absolutely disgraceful. Instead of immediate human intervention or account deactivation, I was met with dismissive, automated handling and a link to an online customer survey while a hostile driver still possessed my address. This level of negligence toward the safety of women and girls is completely unacceptable.
I have officially reported this incident to the South Yorkshire Police as a misogynistically motivated hate crime under incident number
Do not trust this company with your home address if you value your safety.

Signed me up unknowingly for a recurring membership and never once emailed to let me know I was being billed. Breaks all consumer protection laws around automated billing.

i always put non-contact delivery and ask them not to knock or ring doorbell and yet they do it every single time and wake the baby and dogs. every time without fail and prices also keep going up.

Made an order using my snap benefits and right after I made the order which took an hour and a half to deliver somebody in their company stole all my snap benefits off the card I contacted their customer service which admitted to seeing the fraudulent transactions but said they could not track them but knew it wasn’t delivered to me I’m out those funds for the month and had to struggle the rest of the month and have a non verbal autistic son they should be ashamed they did nothing in customer service but say my apologies but I had to deal with it by my bank which is snap who say they reported but can’t Trisha my funds app deleted never using again nobody should they can steal your card an pin info off it

After spending £100’s of pounds of 4 years of crap customer service and incompetent delivery drivers, iv finally walked away. Il spread the message far and wide… NEVER USE GO PUFF. Disgusting customer service today and extremely rude delivery driver who never even bothered to show up.

I recently installed the app but had problems with being able to put my correct address in. I contacted customers services only to end up going round in circles.
I was even 'renamed' during the process. Amateurs is the best word to describe the different agents that attempted to solve my problem by suggesting things that I had already tried. If your software doesn't work properly then don't use me as a Beta tester.
Seeing the very low score they have here on Trustpilot I am not as surprised now to understand what a clown show I entered.

Horrible service powered by uber. No live support. No refunds. Good luck.

Really sad that I have to give them 1 star as missing items, late delivery can’t purchase anymore from this online delivery method.
They use one bag and all the items and then are crushed refund policy is bad too.

Don’t use as you may loose lot of money due to their policy and AI chat engine which don’t let you talk to a human.

Absolutely appalling, do yourself a favour and don’t use the service. Twice in a row my order was damaged , the refused to accept the pictures and video I sent which included the delivery person.
I will complain to the relevant authorities but I just thought I’d leave this here in case anyone is even considering using this service. Disgustingly poor customer service.
