I WOULD GIVE 0 STARTS. I order Heineken silver. Instead I receive normal ones. They told me that they can’t do anything about it. With my own money, I receive what others want. I contact uber eats. The same thing. If you don’t have the item in shop, how can you deliver something else to the customers? If I order water for example, and you don’t have, would you deliver to me vodka ?????
Uber eats and this shop a very big disappointment.

Anyone who buys through this app is supporting labor exploitation. They steal tips and take advantage of people. 💩

Horrible business. They overcharge for everything and send you multiple text offering 50% off and then when you sign in the same day they say it's no longer available. They don't refund things that are missing or incorrect and may or may not deliver what you ordered the same day at all and never at the time they say they will. The only thing I got a good deal on was eggs ,bread and milk. Not worth it at all. It's especially irritating they charge 30dollars for a vape that costs 15 from other places that deliver near me. This place just takes advantage of people.

Only pays Athens Ohio drivers 1.50 per delivery. Not order so if you get 3 orders at once you still only get 1.50. Bad tips screw drivers over less than 1.00 a mile. Doubling up on drivers chaotic schedules. It’s horrible

They are relying completely on AI. I have spent thousands (home bound due to an illness), used a credit THEY THEMSELVES PROVIDED FOR ONE OF THEIR ENDLESSLY DELAYED ORDERS, and they deactivated my account for using it. Absolutely clown car company.

A couple of days ago, I placed an order through Gopuff that was never delivered. Unfortunately, tonight I experienced another issue when my order arrived incomplete with missing items. Having two incidents happen back-to-back is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Prior to these incidents, I have ordered from Gopuff multiple times without any problems. My order history will clearly show that my address has never been an issue and previous deliveries were completed successfully. I am requesting that Gopuff review these incidents and resolve this matter appropriately.

The app malfunctioned and I was not able to get my order because I did not was not given a pin it left me out $58 and then upon calling customer service and then writing too long emails talking to chatbots nothing was ever resolved. Super frustrating will never use them again!

gopuff always lies about delivery times on their website. they always show up at least 20 minutes late. i did two orders today. both orders were over 25 minutes lates gopuff sucks weiner

I just used go puff for my first time. By the time I signed up, made an order, and received it in person, I’d still be waiting for a driver on other platforms. Effortless process and delivery. You have a new user with GoPuff, thank you!

I'd give zero if I could. Made me wait almost an hour this morning to deliver a few drinks and canceled my order right when the driver arrived to grab it. Pathetic. Will never use again.

I attempted to work for gopuff a couple months back. Biggest waste of time and energy. I get to the location given and it's a gymnasium. No other door and the exact entrance listed was the entrance to the gym. I called support and it was someone who obviously has never been to this location as they tried arguing with me on this. If you work for, or order from this company, it will not be a good experience. Completely unprofessional.

I've been using this App & delivery service for 3 years, & currently live in the heart of downtown Bellevue WA. The delivery was pretty good until they decided to out-source to Insta-Cart & Uber Eats - DON'T pay the additional fee for faster service, the delivery people don't know you've paid it & may still make extra stops along the way!..Also, now certain products can ONLY be paid via Cash App.- My research says this may be a temporary change, but I'm unsure & NO official announcements explaining this change has been made from Go Puff - If I didn't already have the Cash App & w/ cash in it, it would've been extremely inconvenient for me. I don't understand this change? Also, although only "certain products" now must go through Cash App., it didn't let me split the payment - so the entire order was charged to Cash App. I use this App @ least 2x/Wk., but w/ these changes I won't be using it as much, or ever...Super annoying.

I received expire food from the Bronx location on st Ann’s. This is very unacceptable. And since this is not the first time I will be reporting this to the health department. Go puff needs to check expiration date of food items before given it to customer

Gopuff needs to work on their ‘on time’ delivery process. Having experienced Doordash and Uber Eats, they aren’t even close. Infact they are worse. None of my deliveries were before pne hour added time to their committed schedule. Infact one of their delivery guy openly said that he had multiple deliveries at hand and mine was not on his priority list. There’s a clear system’s failure here as that’s not what the GoPuff App communicated to me. Mind it, I chose the faster delivery option.

They started requiring certain forms of payment for vapes. I usually went through gopuff when I needed a vape. And now you have to have specific payment and they don't take cash app as much as they say they do cuz they have a cash app pay option that does not work and gives you an error message every time for 3 days in a row. If you need a vape and you're wanting it delivered do not go through gopuff other than that great business they'll give you everything you want but if you're looking for any kind of niche specialty item type of thing to be a deliverer they are not going to bring it and they will not accept your payment because they're a piece of you can imagine what. Don't do it they are not going to ship to you they're not going to bring it to you no matter how big a tip you give your delivery driver they just won't accept you even if you have a valid payment method even though you have it and you have money on your card and you want to do this they're not going to do it. One star. If you're going to advertise you do it do it. And maybe your website should work a little better because I had $200 on my account and I put it on there three times and you didn't want to take it yeah and then I had to walk to some store and I'm going to be going to there from now on because they like to take my money. Don't do this one.

I ordered two items. Only receive one and it was destroyed and not edible. They refused to refund or replace items and the charge me a lot of money😡😡😡😡

I placed an order through DOORDASH. 1 hour it stated it was getting my order ready. Then it said someone would be delivering my order soon. I got a call from puff canceling my order, cuz it couldn’t be found. This is ridiculous, now I’m waiting for my refund of credits. Don’t take orders if you don’t have people to deliver them. No more Go puff for me, they suck
