I was there to pick up an order and seen a guy pull a gun on a female driver on camera in front of the building driving a white rugged suv a mexico guy later on find out his name was Juan, this is very bad for there company business i am very frightened to go up there at this point

Jessica Hines is a crackhead that works for GoPuff who deliver my order smelling like drugs and stole half of my order and Jessica stills drive for this company it’s sad ,they need to be shut down

I work for them as a driver a whole day at the end of my shift they did not let me cash out and said there was a problem with my background check so basically I worked the whole day for free they took $60 from me. Been trying to get in contact with customer service but no one helps me out

They advertise 20 minute delivery then take an hour and 30 minutes to deliver. Absolute cheapskates in my opinion. Won’t honor their delivery promises, instead I’m guessing they’ll wait until they have many deliveries to send one. Not ok.

The driver did not deliver thevordrr to the correct location. Gopuff refused to redelivery or provide a refund. They keptbmy money not having delivered the product. That is simple thievery.

obviously rubbish ordered 85 orders spent so much money with this company in cambridge . i ordered today they took my £20 straight away i waited 1 hour 30 min no contact no explanation then when i complain the checky people offer me £2 jokers no explanation or nothing is this how you treat your customers they have let me down at least 10 times .

I have generally had good experiences with them. Their drivers are not always the most polite but generally my orders arrive on time and the last time I placed an order I realized just before the driver got there that I had lost my ID but they were able to bypass the id scan requirement and take my passport instead which was greatly appreciated.

To be clear - the order was wrapped, in a bin bag. With a basic label with my first name scrawled on it.

I have never been handed goods from a grocery delivery company.. in a bin bag.

Oh my God, just when I thought I couldn't find a company worse than Instacart, I was introduced to GoPuff. They were on my EBT offers app Propel, offering 50% off your first order with a new account. And do you think they gave me that 50% off? No, they did not, but after several messages to customer service (another useless AI bot) And some emails to the company, I did get a response that offered me $40 in Gopuff bucks.... I would have rather have had that amount on my original payment method so I could buy some real food instead of the junk food that they offer at Gopuff, but it was better than nothing. So I've revised my original review from one star to two. Meaning, I really don't recommend them, not if you want real food, but they're good for bad for you snacks, alcohol and cigarette delivery. I give them a C-.

Absolutely terrible. I gave them a few chances. Almost everytime i ordered theres always an issue!. I wanted a light dinner because I didnt feel like cooking. Along with the bread I needed I decided to order a sandwich and coffee from their Starbucks menu. Was pretty excited to see that was on their app. They did not even deliver it and with not an explanation or anything! You cant ever speak to anyone live and its always from chat service. Yes I got my refund but id rather have gotten what I ordered. I just feel employees really dont care about providing the best service. They want to set their tip according to amount your order which is fine but only had very few items, so I changed the tip and still was a good tip. Im glad I did that because I never l got the full order. Another time I ordered individual icecreams cones and all were melted. They wanted me to open each one to show them. If one comes melted, they all will. I am not sure if I ever want to order from them again. Just be prepared that most times you wont get your full order.

The only positive thing about this service is that it keeps delivering after the better alternatives close for the night. Food and produce prices are absurdly inflated, while portions are comically small -- a £2.50 pale-pink, unripe watermelon could fit in a child’s palm. Delivery estimates are consistently misleading: the app promises 15–20 minutes, but orders rarely arrive in under 40–50. Ultimately, its only real purpose is late-night alcohol delivery for that, it's quite good :)

Ordered a custom drink from Starbucks. I paid the extra $2.95 for faster service. I got a processed bottled drink you can buy at the grocery store, and it arrived an hour late. Spoke extensively for over an hour with GoPuff; they refused to reimburse me for the faster service. I will never order from them again

Omg !!!! Customer service is horrible and super rude !!! Delivery guy was super attentive and nice but the customer service is horrible

just ordered from gopuff uk today, driver sent me 2 bags ,one is empty, which the driver said dont know why, another bag with items inside, i saw that she got another bag in her car, so i asked her if this bag contains all my items? she said yes. but finally when i got back home and check, half of the items were missing. i send the pictures and details to CS, they refused to refund my item.

horrible company! they dont even have a number to call to get any help. you have to chat with someone who may be AI. they just repeat the same thing. I asked for the delivery address from the order that was placed with my credit card and they wouldnt give it to me. i let them know the card was stolen and this order was fraudulent and gave the number used, email used and the credit card number and they still wouldnt help me. i told them i needed the address for the police report and they ended the chat!

They are the scum of deliverance. They lie about the times and that continues for hrs I have ordered from them a couple handful of times and they always stress me out. The times change every 5 mins which is bs don’t trust these people you’ll be pissed I promise

Way better than other services we have had, got everything we added to our basket, no silly subsitutes and also very fast delivery. Highly reccommend! Will be ordering every time in the future, cant trust the others as others always send the wrong thing or take too long.

I have been using gopuff for about a year now , I have never had a bad experience at all . The food is cheap and fresh especially the meat, bread and vegetables, fruit ext. The delivery is super quick with tracking all the way . The delivery drivers are polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend and I will carry on ordering from them .

Drivers steal your ciggarettes, go puff refuses to refund , your word against theirs. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARTS. I order Heineken silver. Instead I receive normal ones. They told me that they can’t do anything about it. With my own money, I receive what others want. I contact uber eats. The same thing. If you don’t have the item in shop, how can you deliver something else to the customers? If I order water for example, and you don’t have, would you deliver to me vodka ?????
Uber eats and this shop a very big disappointment.
