GO Outdoors - Warrington Anmeldelser

The young man Connor on footwear was very helpful attentive and listened to what we asked for in our boots.

Needed some more Grangers Wash & Repel, the store had it in stock but Grangers have changed the product & you need a tumble dryer to activate the repelent, unfortunately I don't have a tumble dryer, no problem, Sue was on hand to give some great advice & point me in the right direction, very helpfull & knowledgable lady.

Got the NIKWAX twin pack instead, I use NIKWAX cream for my leather hat's & it does such a great job, never thought of looking at their products for the TECH WASH & TX DIRECT.

Thank's Sue 👍

Nice friendly staff store had everything I needed

Cheery and helpful staff. Charlotte was particularly good as we had a wee problem at the till but she sorted it. We'll done!

Christopher was very helpful and informative. We had a struggle setting up the ladders on a OEX roof tent. He guided us through step by step thoroughly and very clearly. Thank you for making it so easy. Also the young girl who served us on the till ( didn’t catch her name) was lovely and polite.

We went in today after our tent suffered some damage due to a fault with two of the zips and wanted to see it our warranty would cover any of the repair. We spoke to Chris who could not have been more helpful and Sue who helped us at the till and we were able to leave today with a new tent and leave our old tent with them. We have shopped at go outdoors in Warrington for years and will continue to do so. Absolutely fantastic service and we could not have been more pleased. Thank you both.

Pleasant, helpful staff.
Amelia was friendly and very knowledgeable, she was a great help when I was choosing trekking poles.

Soleen helped us today, very pleasant experience thank you.

Jake from camping was super helpful. He brought me several pairs of footwear and when the ones my wife wanted werent available, but I found them in stock in Wigan. He called ahead to reserve them for me.
Very polite, calm and helpful.

Great products with really professional and helpful staff.

I haven’t been notified my item is in the store to collect and it’s been over a week since I ordered it. This has happened before no notification via email so I’ve had to ring and chase

Everything was there that I needed.

Great products and excellent customer service, both in store and online.

Great store. Lovely items. Lovely staff.

Sue who was on the check out, was very friendly & helpful.

I’ll be back :)

I just wanted to leave a quick review for Soleen at the Warrington GO Outdoors store. Brilliant service from start to finish – really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

She took the time to help properly and made the whole experience easy. A real credit to the team.

Good luck with university as well – wishing you all the best for the future.

Bought a new children’s bike. Phil was great both on the phone and when collecting the bike in store.

Everything explained really well and the 6 week safety check was the same.

Great service.

Charlotte was absolutely fantastic!

So helpful and friendly

Offered lots of advice and useful products. Made for such a pleasant experience as a customer

Absolute credit, knowledgeable about the products (including the new pink tents) and embodies service with a smile!

Visited to buy new walking trainers, special thanks to Branch Manager, Barry for his great help regarding some questions about the pricing of a pair I had chosen. Barry was really helpful, checked all the details and agreed to price match the same pair online elsewhere. I shop at this store regularly and Barry is always approachable, friendly and helpful, cheers.

Also, thank you to Sue who was helpful and friendly at the checkout, great service overall.

Go outdoors is our families go to for so many things. Including birthdays and Xmas gifts for our outdoorsy friends. On the rare occasion an item hasn’t been suitable the staff at outdoors make everything so easy for refunding or exchanging. Always professional and most of all with a smile . Thankyou.

Had what I needed when I needed it and Saeen who served me was delightful and very helpful
