There appears to be no ability to forward emails any longer. I had one of my GMX emails set up to forward automatically to one of my Outlook emails. Fine, all good; I no longer needed to do that in 2023, so stopped that feature. This week I've been attempting to set up another of my GMX emails to Outlook but the feature is no longer there! You cannot create a rule to forward now. But...why? And I try to individually forward emails sent to that GMX address to my Outlook, but all I get are bouncebacks. The Outlook email is fine as I am receiving direct emails to it no problem - the issue is clearly GMX as they got rid of this handy (and in business, necessary) feature.

C'est une blague? à chaque fois on me demande de modfier mon mot de passe . ce que je faisais à chaque fois en rajoutant ou supprimant une étoile " * ".
J'ai ce compte gmx depuis plus de 8 ans.
Toutes mes information personnelles, mes documents, mes accès à des sites de vérification passe par mon adresse.
J'ai egalement plusieurs alias rattachés à cette adresse. J'ouvre tous les jours mes emails
J'ai écris au support mais la réponse est que le compte est bloqué et qu'il restera bloqué. Y a t il un moyen de faire un recours juridique car il y a violation de ma vie privée??

Op woensdag 24-04 stuurde ik een email met foto aan afd oncologie VieCuri in Venlo er was iets fout bij mijn vrouw en dat melde ik omdat we bang waren dat er iets goed fout was. We kregen geen reactie. Op zondag 28-04 kregen wij het bericht van GMX dat het bericht niet verstuurd was. 4.5 dag na het versturen. Ik vind dit heel erg laat daar zo'n berricht door jullie toch autmatich verstuurd wordt. Gelukkig is er niets misgegaan maar toch zijn jullie ernstig in gebreke gebleven.

I was very happy with gmx.com until I tried to add my cell # and also create a new account. Seems you can only have 1 account on cell #? I only have 1 cell. Support representatives were useless. Looking for something else

Ridiculous password security then account blocked before It even registered for security reasons. Yeah, super safe as you can't even create it in the first place. Waste of time, they used to be okay.

Gmx premium kann ich euch nicht empfehlen.
Abofalle, trotz Kündigung muss man obendrauf weiterhin für ein halbes Jahr die volle Summe zahlen.

GMX Support ist das unfreundlichste und schlechteste was ich je gesehen habe
Mein Konto wurde gehackt und ich kann seit ein paar tagen nicht mehr darauf zugreifen. Also hab ich beim Kundesupport angerufen und wollte mein Passwort wiederherstellen. Dort wimmeln die Mitarbeit mich aber immer ab weil mein Geburtdatum nicht passend ist. Das Geburtsdatum hat der Hacker natürlich geändert. Ich habe insgesamt mit drei Leuten telefoniert und alle waren komplett unfreundlich und alles andere als verständnissvoll und hilfsbereit.
Wenn ihr also jemals ein gehackt werdet könnt ihr gleich aufgeben die Leute vom Support interessiert das sowieso nicht.

I had 2 email addresses with them. Unfortunately one of my phones failed. I had one of 2 emails on a spare phone. I tried to log into gmx I was connected with a german site! Next the other cell phone stopped charging. I had important emails . Lost forever. Do not use this email. Use proton

You deal with a useless robot. Impossible to speak to a human. Don't use them.

GMX should be embarrassed to call this a service! Uncontactable when issues occur,, and they do. FB page is beyond useless along with their fascially called help page.
Do yourself a favour and DO NOT trust this company with your email security.

Should GMX have the conscience to reply, go forth and multiply I have moved on to a service who knows what they are doing.

Emails take a very long time to arrive to GMX. Some emails never arrive. There is no bounce message. Some emails just never arrive that are sent from: GMAIL, ROUNDCUBE, OUTLOOK. And those email addresses emails from which never arrive to GMX are listed in my GMX Whitelist to make sure I receive mail from them. Every mail service provider receive those emails, but not GMX.

Also, there was a massive campaign of display on GMX of those child-abuse and torture ads of cruelty games called "HERO WARS", every time I select "Not Interested In This Ad" or "Ad Was Inappropriate" or "Seen This Ad Multiple Times". I was always promised that those ads will never be shown to me again, but they kept on popping up again and again. Now other places show those ads and gladly GMX does not show them (to me) anymore but it took them years to STOP the "hero wars" abusive ads campaign.

very angry.... We have been running a GMX mail for our company for around 18 months have hundreds of contacts details suppliers logged on GMX mail been fine up until 2 days ago it logged all members out of the mail and we could not get back in, couldn't reset our login details. filled out there online support only to be told they have closed our account due to suspicious activity and wont give us any explanation what so ever so everything from advertising and signs plus electronic invoicing all now has to be changed as it has GMW mail on it.... Joke bunch of fools with no customer support in place to deal with issues. I
f i had read these reviews prior to opening an account and setting all our adverting to there email i would of stayed well clear i cant swear but really do want to right now as they are a utter disgrace

I have been with gmx for many years and have been extremely happy with it but a couple of days ago when I tried to get into my accounts and could not and the explanation was in German and the translator didn’t work! I run a business and lack of access is costing me money. I have sent 5 emails asking for help and had no reply! I can not find a phone number anywhere for customer service. I cannot verify my details because I can’t get on the site I can’t change my passwords because I can’t get on the site ?

GMX ist der Hetz-Channel Nr 1 bei den Mail-Providern. Ekelhafte Überschriften, ekelhafte Themenwahl, eigentlich fehlen mir hier echt die Worte das fortzuführen. Für Mail-Abruf echt okay, aber das war es auch schon.

J'utilisais GMX depuis 5 ou 6 ans, sans aucun problème j'aimais vraiment beaucoup. Malheureusement depuis 24 heures impossible de me connecter à mon compte, et on me dit que mon adresse mail n'existe même pas. J'avais beaucoup de mails de pièce jointe des billets d'avion des billets de train, impossible de récupérer quoi que ce soit. J'ai écrit au moins quatre fois au support je n'ai aucune réponse. Franchement je suis dégoûté écœuré, je ne sais pas quelles sont les machines derrière cette boîte mail pour ne pas se rendre compte tout ce qui peut être lié à son mail perso, mes applications liées à ce mail ce sont même arrêté de fonctionner. Franchement je ne recommande pas du tout GMX comme boîte mail si du jour au lendemain vous perdez tout.

Email-Account (online) nicht mehr am neuesten Stand. Was mich aber am meisten ärgert ist diese linksextreme Propaganda getarnt als „Nachrichten“ auf der Startseite. Unglaublicher Müll, den vermutlich nicht mal mehr Hardcore-Antifanten glauben.

Been using it _ de _ one for a long time and hate it. The de account make you log in 4 times...verification rubbish freezes. No customer service and they bug you sooo much into paying. Full of adverts and scammers. Despite everything it takes 10 mins to log on. Doubt anyone monitors their horrendous worthless and frustrating service..rip off even as free email . They repulsed me and I want to let humanity know everywhere

Llevo algún tiempo utilizando GMX (Greenland MX) sin ningún problema. Sin embargo, mi último pedido salió mal, y no sé muy bien cómo. Tenía la intención de comprar dos neumáticos del mismo tamaño, pero por desgracia, recibí un neumático destinado a la bicicleta de un niño. He intentado devolverlo a través de la pestaña de devoluciones, pero parece que no funciona. Hi, recently set up an account for my wife as we've
changed ISP and wanted unconnected email, so, having set up a GMX account for her she set about informing people and companies of the change, the only emails received were mainly acknowledgements of that.
After a few days GMX stopped working, saying there was a password problem, I knew there wasn't, so raised a ticket, shortly after received another reply saying
' However, because the decision to permanently block an account is based on serious security concerns, it is not possible to reverse it or provide detailed information about the impermissible activity in question.'
As an IT person our security is watertight, so just what the problem was we'll never know as they refuse to inform users, so I decided to phone them in Germany, +49 721 960 9740, the lady who answered spoke in German, which I could not understand, so asked if she would use English, she replied she only spoke German and shortly after put the phone down on me. I rang several more times, each time getting a different person, all said they didn't speak English, and all terminated my call, I can only think they have been told to only use German, as I've yet to meet a German who could not speak English. I suggest a few more of you reading this rattle their cage by phoning them, here's the number again
