Disappointing!! Package arrived damaged. Honestly not worth the hype!
The package arrived damaged and squashed as it had been poorly packaged. After contacting the company there was little or no response with them saying they can not do anything about it which i think is disappointing.
After i had placed the order only then i came across many reviews stating that their packages arrived damaged or tattered. I thought that these were probably issues in past which may have resulted in a change in careful packing however it was the same case for me. For paying that price for a product its unacceptable to have arrived like that!!!
I am entirely just giving my honest opinion on this product as i am fond of skincare however, this product is completely nothing special. It did nothing to my skin and in fact gave me spots. I would recommend E45 cream and Aveeno cream over this product. In fact my basic creams at a fraction of the price work better. In my personal opinion, i would save money and stick with what you know or even better do your research.
Dont always buy products because of bloggers on social media platforms are saying its good because sometimes they only promote products as they're making profit from these sales. This is a company I've come across that seems to only care about making money and thats it. Furthermore, my overall opinions are that it's a poor product and overpriced.

We are currently looking at alternative ways to package our products when sending them out and take your suggestions on board. Unfortunately, we have no control over the way in which packages are handled by postal partners as we hand over packages in good faith.
Our face mask is non-comedogenic, therefore does not block pores because of its light texture. But all skin types are unique and results vary on an individual basis.
In terms of the bloggers who promote our products; they are never given a script or told what to say, we always ask them to give their honest opinion about the products. If they don't enjoy the product, they just don't promote it.
We regularly have special promotions on our website so that customers can buy the product at a discounted price to save some money and for customers trying it for the first time.
