Charged 6 times with no products
I attempted to order the subscription which never came however I have now been charged £19.99 six times and no products across multiple months, I am extremely unhappy with the lack of response from the team. I spoke to a team member on instagram who said this would be resolved back in May it is now July with no refund of nearly £120 which I am owed. I have been a big fan of the gel products for years however will likely never order from them again.
Please sort this out ASAP

I had ordered from candy coat about 3 months ago and never received it. I contacted and emailed countless times and have not gotten answer. This is the most unprofessional customer service and company I have ever dealt with in the beauty industry. They could be ashamed.

I use to like this company in the past. Now it’s one of my least liked. I put in two separate orders on March 1 and March 28th 2026. Every time I go to check on my orders I am told by a customer service agent that my orders are waiting on fulfillment. I even asked for a refund for both of my orders. Never received anything. This is a bad example of unprofessionalism. I will not be ordering anything else from this company.
Order about $100 worth of products
Order about $100 worth of products. Only a 3 bundle set nd nail hydrator ( 4 items) on May 12th with a 3-7 business day delivery. NEVER GOT MY ITEMS , I SENT NURMOUS EMAILS ND CHATTED WITH LIVE CHAT. NOTHING!! NO ITEMS IR REFUND . I WANTED TO TRY THESE ITEMS FOR MY MY BDAY ND A WEDDING I WAS IN. NEVER AGAIN.

I've used candy coat for many years and the products are lovely, the customer service and accuracy of gel polish colour images however are atrocious. I ordered a few weeks ago and when my order arrived I had 4 polishes missing and at least two polishes that were so far from the photo online that the only way of telling it was the right shade was because of the bottle number. I've emailed them four times with only one email back (this was only because i complained through Shopify) I found their email quite standoffish and similarly to most other reviews I've had no refund or resolution to this issue. I would highly discouraged anybody from ordering from candy coat which is a shame because like I say their products are lovely. I can't imagine ordering from them in the future, they've lost a very loyal customer.
Ignoring emails and not sent goods.
I have ordered 4 subscriptions in total. Starting from 4th April, I had an email 2 weeks later to say my bank details hadn't gone through, I put my bank details through again. I've actually been charged for two and yet to see any of them. I didn't notice they had 2 subscriptions for me for May, I've been charged for both, I removed my bank details after both were paid and they cancelled both subscriptions even although they've been paid for. I've sent numerous emails and had one answer from the first one from Nikki Fitzgerald at the start of May saying they would sort the situation. Still nothing sorted, still waiting on subscriptions or refund. Paid almost £90 and seem to be getting nowhere. Ombudsman will be next step.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service, had gels delivered weeks after ordering, one gel was congealed in the bottle. After contacting them on several different emails asking how I return it I eventually got a reply via instagram . They asked me to send a pictures, I uploaded a picture and a video and sent it . Week’s gone by and still no response. The order was received in March 2026 . Finally got a reply and Was told they would send a replacement out and a returns pack. This is now June , still no replacement. I have recently tried to order a replacement myself but wouldn’t go through, I was confused so checked the company status on Companies House. In bold red lettering it says ACCOUNTS OVERDUE, in March , beware of ordering or sending payment to this company as you may not receive anything.

Terrible customer service - items or refund still not received after a month
Terrible customer service! I placed an order on 12th April and the items have still not been sent by Candy Coat and I have not received a refund despite requesting this numerous times over the past few weeks. It is now over a month since I placed the order and the Customer Support Manager Nikki Fitzgerald repeatedly says she will look into it and get back to me with an update but never does.

Scam!!!! I ordered once took a .month to come product is awful then 3 months after they have used my payment information to start charging me subs which I haven't signed up to. Not refunding me I requested to have my data erased and thry have charged me again!!!!! Avoid!!!!!!
Poor company! Avoid
Poor poor company! Been using them for 6 years with never any issues. Spent £45.00 on 24/4/26 and still haven’t received my items 13/5/26. Tracking doesn’t update and they are giving me no way to resolve. Unfortunately I’ve had to go through my cc to try and get my money back.
Really not happy considering I rely on these products for work and desperately need them.
Will be moving to another brand who’s reliable.

Paid for 48 hour Royal Mail expedited delivery as needed for a wedding.
Item still hasn’t been despatched 3 weeks on.
Have chased up with the company several times and no further forward.
Have been told repeatedly it’s being despatched asap and provided with invalid tracking information which shows no update or changes in progress for weeks.
Items still not received, contacted Royal Mail directly who confirmed they have never received the parcels from candy coat and no refund issued despite this. Will need to log dispute with bank in the coming days.
**update** - package finally arrived however the wrong items have been sent, in addition to leaked acetone all over the contents. The nail polishes contained were wildly different colours from what I’d actually paid for (for example ordered a nude pink for French manicures, received bright blue glitter which is not what I paid for nor would I use) and one looks to have dried out. The acetone has also spilled over the contents of the package which has removed all the branding from all of the items. Have lodged a complaint with the company - and will lodge dispute with bank if unresolved. My experience from start to finish has been very disappointing.

They had the balls to email me to ask…
They had the balls to email me to ask (after 4 months) if the order has arrived. NO, it did not. My question is - did the bank come after them? Scammers. Please avoid them, many other amazing brands to choose from.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Lamp is faulty and have been going round in circles for 6 months despite legally them being required to respond and either refund or replace. Its business practices are immoral and contrary to statutory protections afforded to customers. AVOID.
Paid for 48 hours, almost 3 weeks later and nothing.
Ordered on 27/03/26 and paid for 48 hour delivery. I emailed in 1/04/26 asking for tracking information as they hadn’t provided this and they said they’d be back in touch shortly with this (they weren’t). 5 days later I email again asking for an update, they said they’re processing my order accordingly and apologise for the delay because of bank holiday (I ordered a week before bank holiday). 9/04/26 I finally get a dispatch email so thought surely it’d arrive within the next 48 working hours (which I’d paid for). 13/04/26 and Royal Mail are still only expecting the parcel, I get sent an email asking to review the products, which I still haven’t received!
Please avoid !!!
I have been ordering from here for a while. The quality is ok but when it goes wrong it goes wrong.
My parcel went missing (never did get the tracking number was it ever sent??) contacted them several times. Their customer service people (when they finally reply) are so rude and unhelpful. Never been spoken to that way by a company.
Said they resent the package, clearly they didn’t as over a month later still nothing. Tracked it through my shop app and it said waiting for information .
In the end went through my bank for a refund. It’s the principle not the amount.
I will NEVER order from them again pls pls

AWFUL! Second time trusting Candy coat (wouldn’t use them previously for same reason, decided to give them a second chance). Some products are great, some are poor but their customer service is TERRIBLE!! I have a faulty lamp and no one answer after 6 emails. It’s woeful. They also claim dispatch after 48 hours but I’m usually waiting over a week.
