I did not open box until December
I did not open box until December, xmas tree arrived well packed, a couple of the red berries had come off but did not spoil the tree.

Excellent!
The company was full of items which I was interested in buying with prices that I was able to afford.
Ordering was easy and the goods were delivered quickly and were very securely wrapped.

Discontinued items
I was happy with everything I bought, but because one of the items I ordered was discontinued I lost my discount for spending a certain amount of money. If an article is discontinued, there should be a note in the catalogue, or it should not be put in the catalogue in the first place.

I am sorry that we could not supply one if the items.
As our catalogues are printed 4-6 weeks in advance, if an item runs out of stock during this time unfortunately it is not possible to then change the catalogue. At the time of printing, items are included that are either in stock, or that we know stock is coming in for, but sometimes there can either be unexpected delays in stock or that stock can be used up quicker than expected.
In this case you should have been refunded the full cost, I have emailed you details on your refund.

Xmas gift order
orders were fairly easy to place via the internet and arrived safely within a reasonable period of time. Since most were needed as xmas gifts I cannot comment on how they will stand up to wear.

The goods were good but Gift Discoveries did not send confirmation of order. When I tried to contact them,it took a while as they come under Scott & Co. They couldn’t find my order,so I had to go through a long process to marry the two together.
The goods arrived yesterday and are good quality,it’s just the confirmation which is confusing

On the whole, a positive experience
Order arrived on time in two parcels. One was a little squashed but the contents were only a little bashed. The other was in perfect condition. As the goods are intended as gifts I cannot comment on how good they are. On the whole my experience with this company is positive.
