I have dealt with Gift Discoveries over a number of years and have yet to be disappointed by any of the products I have bought or the level of service received. The two gifts I have most recently purchased (one relating to a particular month, the other personalised with a name) were correct and delivered within a reasonable time-frame. In both cases, the recipient was delighted!

Very pleased with my purchase exactly what I was looking for as they seem to be a bit thin on the ground at the moment. Item arrived on time, well packaged and it's still early doors but it seems to be working perfectly doing exactly what I wanted it for, First class service.

Made a mistake in ordering and it was corrected easily without problems. Delivered on time as promised

I Ordered 2 items, a week past Saturday, in good time for for a birthday present delivery on the following Thursday. I was assured at the time of ordering that delivery would be three days at most.
One of these items arrived only yesterday (8 days after ordering) the other reached its destination today !
I am dissatisfied and disappointed, I can never trust delivery promises from you again.

I ordered the items in November last year and have only just received them.
I am very disappointed as they were a Christmas present so have no relevance now over a month late for that. I will give the items to the recipient with apologies. I feel I should get some sort of compensation for this but do not expect anything. It has made me wary of purchasing anything from this company again.

Ordered mid November for Christmas gifts: arrived mid January. My order was for metal bookmarks: they are delightful but useless as Christmas gifts. Ther was no explanation or apology.

Excellent service . Arrived on time and the product is first class. This is the second time I have ordered these lanterns.

The leather wallet is of a good quality at an affordable price.

I have requested a full refund for a £19.95 t.shirt and have received £3.36 not happy. Also had issues with order invoice said 2 items only dispatched 1. No care regarding reply and just expected to wait until they got round to dispatching again. Which didnt arrive and had to be reordered when I asked when it was likely to arrive. Really poor customer service. Just out to take your money

Incredible delay in receiving some goods. One was an empty torn envelope with no goods inside. I have not received tin containing Guinness chocolate and heard nothing about them for over a month. These were ordered late October/ early November. I definitely will not be using your company again.

Late delivery so unable to give as Christmas presents. Will not order again unless a different courier is used

There was a little blip in initial order but order was completed satisfactorily after notification of problem.

Christmas presents were very well received and delivered promptly despite me leaving it quite late to order them . Thank you.

I bought a pop-up camping light for all my neighbours at Xmas - not for camping as we are mostly over 90, but just in case of a power cut. They proved so popular that this is a follow- up order, for the friends who didn’t get one. Put in a handy place, then it is ready if you need it. Well worth the money.

This order has caused some confusion but ultimately I am really pleased with the outcome.
As I was visiting my sister in Scotland I arranged for the order to be delivered to her address.
We were informed on Saturday that it had been delivered, but our camera evidence shows it hadn’t.
Suffice to say it was delivered today ( Tuesday )by a pleasant and courteous courier.

Good quality goods, extremely good value in the sale and prompt delivery.
