Was happy with products when they arrived but I'd ordered 2 lap desks for my grandchildren early in December & was informed they'd arrive on Dec 20th at the latest. They finally turned up on Dec 31st - obviously too late for Xmas. Had to find last minute alternatives

Marble lazy Susan that I ordered was very poorly finished around the rim - rough and sharp. Also strange marks in the marble top. I returned for refund

Goods delivered on time and of good quality. One small issue was that the tins of seeds were poorly sealed and there was considerable leakage. One item was returned due to inadequate size mainly fault of purchaser. Otherwise happy with purchase

Only 4 stars due to the fact one parcel has only just been deliveredI Christmas lights brocade present bags and christmas crackers.
To be used next Christmas !!

Today's date 28th December 2022

I thought I was not going to get my gifts for Christmas but I phoned them up and they said I would have them as they would see they would be posted in time and they were here two days before with delivery

I was pleased that my order from Gift Discoveries arrived just in time for Christmas. However, was then bitterly disappointed to discover the contents (a glass waterlily candle holder) broken and useless. The packaging was inadequate for the delicate nature of the item. A small piece of foam had been stuck to the lid of the box presumably to prevent the item moving but it had become detached and therefore the item was free to move during the delivery process. The box was in fact upside down when delivered as there were no instructions to keep it upright. However, there was a large FRAGILE sticker around the box. In future the company might like to supply additional packaging around the item with larger and more secure material over the top to prevent movement in transit.

Delivery was late by Evri but they made it eventually an Xmas Eve…. Contacted Gift discoveries regarding initial non delivery they couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried… quick response to emails and even phoned me …excellent thank you

Article arrived early. Exactly what I wanted

Parcel Received, a knock on the door would have been appreciated to advise delivery!

1.Despite paying “express” delivery the order has only just this minute arrived!!! It took 4 days.
2. The wrong colour t-shirt arrived with the wrong logo on it. How can you get it so wrong???
3. It’s Xmas eve tomorrow and it’s too late to change it. That means I have got to go shopping for a present tomorrow when my guests are due to arrive. This is so inconvenient and time consuming and putting pressure on me that I don’t need quite frankly.
I am absolutely fuming.

The items I ordered are great, my only niggle is the delivery problems, which have sorted themselves out now, so thank you for your attention on the phone all has turned out well in the end.23

Goods were delivered really quickly and before Christmas as promised. Very impressed by this.

Allowed me to search and order a number of Christmas gifts for my wife with no hassle. All were delivered in time for Christmas.

This is the first time that I have used Gift Discoveries. Item received to day and is a Christmas gift. Unpacked to ensure no breakages and not used at all. No problems with the Company.

I was pleased with my order. It was in the sale so good value for money. Not sure I would have paid full price though. Could track the order so knew when it would arrive

Questioning order as something missing or terrible overcharge on postage !

The items arrived in good time. As most of them are Christmas presents they haven't been examined yet.
