My mistake in ordering, was noted and rectified so kindly!
By mistake —and being incompetent on the internet (I am 95!), I made the same order of an item twice.
‘Gift Discoveries’ telephoned me to make sure it wasn’t a mistake ! And quickly put it right. I thought that was wonderful service! And am so relieved!

Slow Delivery
Waited 11 days for delivery of 2 small item (9th November) .Still no sign of the other 2 items on order since 29th October.
I recommend any Christmas gift shopping is done now if you want it in time.
This is my first order with Scotts & Co. I probably won't order again.

Goods ordered ages ago and still…
Goods ordered ages ago and still awaited. the courier Hermes is useless for the following reasons. 1- Advised parcel at the locker. When visited locker was empty. Reported this. 2- then advised delivered and returned as we failed to collect. Only issue with this was that we we were not notified of the code etc so could not open the locker. So had to get back in touch to request the parcel to be returned to the locker. My email address was confirmed for all the details to be confirmed to me so I could collect the parcel from the locker. 3, After checking "tracker" advised delivered to locker today. Problem not advised of the code to open the locker so again been back on the chat line to advise of the issue. Service is abysmal from the courier/Hermes and whoever notifies the customer of the code. How are you supposed to collect when details of the code are not provided as instructed

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Was sent a wrong item, emailed couple times, all I got was an automated response saying they would be in touch within 48 hrs. Never did get back to me, even after 2 further emails to them. Now taking it up with PayPal. Not happy

Don’t bother
Order 24th feb with 5-10 day lead time it’s now 27th March and nothing. I have tried calling and had the phone cut off after going through security questions before I could ask anything and now there not answering phone. If ever this this item ( a specific item requested for a birthday) turns up might need to be Christmas gift at this stage! Shockingly poor!

3 months to deliver 4 pens!
The pen torches I ordered in early December as a Christmas stocking filler were delivered yesterday (3rd March)!. I do not think this is good service!

Patience is a virtue.
Part of my order submitted in early December did not arrive until today. I did receive communication to the effect that there would be a delay but there was further slippage albeit I was advised of this. Almost three months is too long to fulfil an order.
