Upside is great
Upside is great. I use it ocassionally, I'm not obsessed but I think it's a win/win. It helps businesses get customers and it gives me money back! Their customer service is helpful. If something doesn't go through, you can verify it via a couple different avenues. Just reach out. It's fun saving money and seeing it add up in your balance. I've made a significant amount--over $200. Not all at once but over time, works for me!

I have been using Upside for about four…
I have been using Upside for about four years on an off. At the beginning they weren’t so efficient, it took a lot of time and days to get problems resolved but they have gotten better since they are using bots. Last week I had a problem not receiving my gift card and I sent an email and immediately a bot answered and forwarded my email to a representative who in turn sent me an email and took care of my gift card. I was very appreciative and know that they are going to continue to get better. Thanks guys for your quick response in handling my problem.

I cashed out however after two days I never received the email with the gift card. Contacted customer service and within a 1/2 hour they had emailed me a link with the gift card.

First, what is there not to like about getting ash back when you are going to buy gas or dining. Second, Upside has many restaurants and gas stations that come into handy when traveling that gives you an opportunity to make a little cash back.

Customer service AI asked a few questions, but quickly sent the matter to a customer service rep. Customer service responded in less than 24 hours and was able to correct the problem with the first answer.

The fact is the Support I received from UpsideSupport was exceptional in the way they responded to my request.
I had an issue where I had to get a new bank card. Which caused some delay in the the Cash Back offers.
But, Thanks to Upside Support that issue has been resolved.

Somehow my grocery total, and hence my cash back, was in error. Sent Upside a copy of my receipt and got the cash back updated within 48 hours! Customer service is super responsive, earning cash back is super easy; using Upside is a no-brainer!

Horrible.....they locked me out of my…
Horrible.....they locked me out of my account not accepting my password so I opened a second account. Sure enough 6 months later they locked it also not accepting my password! So far they have somewhere around $100.00 or my money I have no access too! I tried support with no reply! DONT DO IT!

My experience with UPSIDE has been great when it comes to getting gas and using it at restaurants. I am a little disappointed that my coworker gets to use UPSIDE at Bakers Grocery store but yet I am not able too. Does not make sense to me.

Efficient customer service
Although sometimes my receipts or purchases don't register for some unknown reason, reaching out to customer service has always resolved my issue and I have been able to work with real people who work quickly and efficiently to straighten everything out.

I hadn't received some of my rewards so I contacted upside customer service and they had me resubmit for two different claims however one I realized I paid in cash and no longer had the receipt but they still honored it! The other, was on my card attached to my account and I just had to send a screenshot from my bank statement showing proof and they credited my account 🙃. They are very easy to work with...it may not be a ton of money, but it's free and you can cash out whenever 😉
