Easy to use app
Easy to use app, just be sure the gas claim you are accepting is at the location you are fueling at. Easy to use directions to the correct location will help. I mistakenly fueled at a spot differently than my claimed discount. I noticed I did not get my refund. I sent proof of purchase only to realize I was at a different location. My discount was honored that time due to an honest mistake. Great customer service!

The app is easy to understand, convenient to use, and quickly rewarding with options to receive the award payments. I have the app on an iPhone, and it opens consistently, displaying the map locations for gas stations (which I use mostly). This app has gone down hill lately it started out good when I first started using it there were several gas stations to pick from with decent cents off per gallon but after using it for awhile there are only a couple gas stations to pick from with really low cents off per gallon. The last few times I had to contact support to even get my cash back because the app had problems automatically processing it.

I am new to Upside
I am new to Upside. First of all, I have made mistakes as part of the learning curve. Things I did not expect- when I went to the grocery store and had claimed the store then I found out the experience was timed! That information was not available until I hit the claim button. I had 4 minutes! Another issue, is some stores do not print all the relevant information on their receipts. When I encountered that issue, I just did not complete the claim. Now I know that help people are really nice and responsive. I could have told them about it. I do not understand why some stores do not link to my credit card and I have to enter the receipt. All and all I am very pleased with Upside.

A great tip is to claim grocery offers right as you are getting ready to pay, and if a receipt ever misses key details or doesn't process smoothly, our support team is always happy to step in and help get it sorted out for you.
Pretty straightforward/easy way to get cash back
Sometimes I have to jump through a few hoops to get the cash back, but support is always very helpful and I just recommend taking a screenshot if it's a digital receipt, or a photo of the original receipt in case you need it if for any reason you're cash pack doesn't process on the first go around! That's usually all support needs to manually process it for you.
