You don’t need me to tell you if anybody has this app and you open it up and you look at the gas stations 90% of the gas stations are off they’re offering one cent back get Upside is offering one cent back. Is this company serious with this nonsense one cent? You download the app then you gotta play games checking the app out then you have to claim it before you buy the gas and then you have to make sure within a couple hours. You have to find the gas that you have to submit it all this nonsense to get 10 cents back total you gotta be kidding me. What do you call this? I’m asking the company. What do you call this I call this fraud.

They're refusing to pay me money I built up on a old account no one in real time is assisting me with moving funds from old account to new one instead I'm going back and forth with some bot until the situation is resolved this is definitely my feelings towards this company

Upside is outstanding and much more than I expected. The rewards are very generous and issued quickly, within a couple of days. I wish I'd known about Upside sooner, I could've saved A LOT of money. I've recently needed help with a submission and the chat bot was awesome. Easy to chat and the resolution was excellent and only took a few days. Very impressive!!!!

I have been using Upside for 4 years now and have had nothing but great results from them. Every now and then, something doesn’t click or match up and this requires a message to their customer service. This can be frustrating and time consuming, but I have never had a situation where Upside hasn’t been helpful in fixing the problem. They are very customer friendly and always take the time to make sure you are satisfied and that the problem is addressed. The only thing I wish there was a way to speak to someone directly, but other than that i have no other issues with them.

Currently I have earned 99.68 since May on 2026. Yes, it works!

I use it for gas and it always works. There is a slight delay in receiving the cash back because they have to process and verify your transaction. It's a great app to have ready when going to the gas station.

Concern and questions answered promptly

I had a transaction that did not post and I messaged Upside support. They said they would check into it. In a couple of days, I received a message saying my upside reward was going to post.

I’ve been using Upside since June and I’ve been happy up until recently with delays in my cash back when I always use the same two card that are in my Upside wallet. I had to provide my receipts which I found a little bit frustrating.

Great app I’ve been earning for about five or six years.

While most people will not see the money earned totals claimed in the commercials it has been a way for me to earn some rainy day monies.

I also have had experience with Chenee resolving my issue of email access due to changing to Samsung and leaving Apple. I was able to keep my monies earned up to date of change.

I recommend Upside to everyone.

This is a great app! I use Upside several times a week, and it does save me money!

And the customer service is excellent when needed.

I've been using Upside for more than a year and have had a great experience so far. The few times I've had issues, the service team was quick to respond and resolve.

The process was very quick.

A few months ago I had to change my CC which I did when I was getting gas. for some reason it didn't register so all my gas purchases for 5 months didn't work. Then this month it would not let me verify my CC. I sent email to customer service. they got my account back HOWEVER. they have not been able to verify my previous purchases even thought I sent copy of the charge. AND my balance (which I don't remember how much it was) was totally gone and they can't get it back. So not super happy camper but I'll keep using it.
