The Upside App is very easy to use and navigate. There are always good everyday cashback deals nearby and easy to find on its map feature. I am a regular Upside user and most every cashback offer is rewarded between 24 to 48 hours. They also have an excellent customer support team you can contact on the very rare instances when there is an issue claiming or receiving your cashback. I highly recommend downloading and using the App.

Very helpful to work with when u have questions love this app for gas groceries and other take outs and eat in restaurants

Upside is easy to use and I have cashed out a couple times without difficulty. I can't give five stars because I have repeatedly had problems with a local restaurant that doesn't print the last four digits of credit cards on receipts. Upside should kick them out of the program, but instead they continue to provide free advertising and they seem to think that I should tell the restaurant to fix their receipts. How odd haha.

EDIT: After reading the response I should add that I HAVE contacted support before and nothing was done. But I'll still leave 4 stars in spite of Alpaca Chicken in Wilmington NC. 😂

Not so great they tell to go for gas 15 miles out of ur way the come home other 15. Miles wel guess what u just spent 5.00 in fuel to save 1.10 yes not worth it

I've been using Upside for a while now and have made $150. It's a cash-BACK app, so no one should assume they're going to strike it rich using Upside, but it's a very good way to get a little back in your pocket for things that you're already doing.
I've only needed customer support twice, and both times, the support team was quick to respond and extremely helpful. In the first instance, they made sure I got my cash back when the process got stuck somewhere along the way; in the second instance, they quickly clarified something I didn't understand.
Highly recommended.

Upside has been a useful app to earn some extra cash. Any issues I have had with cash back offers have been quickly resolved.

It is a pain in the ass paying then pumping and then go inside to get final receipt. I never pay at the pump due to skimmers. It should be automatically getting a final receipt as I pay. It's getting to be having to jump hoops to get a little back.

I downloaded the app just a couple months ago and have already made $56 dollars back just by getting gas. I’m keeping the money in the app as a way of having extra for my grand kids at Christmas! I’m getting paid for the things that I do everyday! It’s so easy! Just go download the app! It’s free money for what you already do!

The experience I had with customer service was top notch. This is the reason I am staying with Upside.

I have used Upside for a few years and have enjoyed the savings. I look at it as a slow growing savings account. I have had very few issues with receiving the cash back to my account and they were easily resolved.
I highly recommend Upside.

II have tried from 9/30 to cash out my upside in a gift card. They said I was already paid and would check on it. I haven't been paid. Then they asked for part of my debit card number I had used for the purchases. I have them that information and now I'm not getting any response from them or payment. Very disappointed in them. My accounts under Mary Falesnik Borges. 10/7 I've reached back out to them as they asked and still haven't gotten a response. 10/12 still no response or payout.

I've been using the app for gas for several years and I started using it for grocery within the past year. The 1 or 2 times there has been an issue with processing a rebate, Customer Service has resolved it quickly.

I wrote a review earlier on this app but I can't find it to amend it. I'm very unhappy with this app. I tried multiple times to get cash back on an offer that I claimed and was unsuccessful. I am getting ready to delete the app from my phone so I cashed out on an offer that I did have success with and now I'm finding out that they charge you for cashing out. Would not recommend.

An individual was able to hack my email / phone and cleaned out my upside account of $389.00! No two part verification. These intellectuals sent my money to a person with a totally different name and he's in a Foreign country (Venezuela). Customer service is a bot. Not user friendly!

Great app. easy to use and you can save up quite a bit of money. Allows yuo to compare actual prices before making a purchase. Great and fast customer support. Recomend it highly!

Always true to what they offer and pay.
Have made $160.00 so far with more to come. Good savings, and good company.
