I ordered 4 korda polo shirts. I had to call up to check on the order after 2 weeks . I was informed that they would be sent out shortly. Only 2 arrived a week later. I was refunded but was not notified. Very disappointed as I wanted they for my France trip. Even though I did not get what was ordered they are still advertising them. Really unhappy.

Used Gerrys a few times, always good competitive pricing, good communication and fast delivery. Recently order a new Penn reel with the option of braid loaded - a very useful and quality service. The staff know their onions ! Recommend.

They have top quality fishing equipment to suit any budget also their communication is excellent. There staff are also very knowledgeable.

Ordered 3 packets of hooks , after 7 day nothing had arrived, phoned greets ……. Waite a lifetime for them to answer the phone . Then was told that one of the hook sizes were out of stock !!! ( still in stock on line) I told them to forget the size that was out of stock and jut send a packet of another size , which they said they would do and put them in the post tonight !!
This is the 1st and last time I used them .

Ordered a reel that on their web site it was said to be "in stock". But after two days without a delivery notification I contacted them via email. The response was disappointing I could be waiting for 15 days!! for the item!!. OK so I gave them their 15 days and more, ended up having to take out a refund complaint via PayPal.
Listing an item in that way is in my opinion very misleading. So yet another customer lost.

Very good special low price for a top quality Westin rod. The site stated that the product was on a week or so delivery and it duly arrived on time. I regularly buy from Gerrys, it is all good quality gear.
