USA Buyers Be Warned.
I ordered a pendent and returned it two months ago and still have not received a refund. I live in the US and when I emailed them they said product from the US doesn't get back to the UK expect once a month. It's been two months and nothing. My husband bought me a pendent and he sent it back three months ago and still hasn't received his refund. Their US phone number doesn't work, so my husband called the UK phone number, they gave him some sorry excuses and now he's sank another $63.00 for the international call. US customers be warned. Gemporia use to have great quality jewelry but the last few purchases we have made have been very disappointing. We will never shop with them again.
It's been three days since they responded that they would fix this and still nothing. These guys are con men.

I purchased a pink sapphire ring to…
I purchased a pink sapphire ring to wear for my daughters wedding. When I received it, i was really excited to wear it & checked it thoroughly. I used a jewellers loupe to do so.
I noticed the centre stone of the triology had a chip/crack in it, and felt that it was better to have the ring exchanged.
I was told I couldn't as it was sold out, and so i would have to return it if it was faulty. I was reassured that my insured postage would be refunded.
Once Gemporia received the item they emailed to tell me that I would not get a refund for the postage, as there was nothing wrong with the ring. Well, there wasn't...to the naked eye!
Get yourself a loupe from a well known site with an arrowed smile and check every gemstone and setting before commiting to your purchase. And as I have learnt..take images through it should you see any damage. Your investments and the pieces valuations are affected by damage.
This was my first purchase from Gemporia. I'm not running back to them!......

mixed feelings
just bought a little silver chain with blue amber bead at end
the chain is lovely, customer care described it as box but i would say more like snake
anyway, did notice the amber is described as coated - so how authentic is the blue? They did agree it had been enhanced and this i don't remember it being clear from the tv presentation
so... getting doubts over products from recent experience.
not keen on one of the presenters either, don't tend to watch it now.
incidentally, did try to review on website but couldn't see how to do it - so on here now!

Service from Gemporia/ jewellery maker…
Service from Gemporia/ jewellery maker is great. However Royal Mail, which is the best delivery company out there, there was a card left stating to check outbuilding,( which they have it in writing is our safe place). The package was left on top of a rabbit hutch, and it rained, and it got wet.
