I love Gemporia they are bringing jewellery in some beautiful designs unlike your average jewellery store and also Gemporia offers some excellent prices. oh dear
I have purchased many, many items from Gemporia and have been very satisfied. However, a stone came out of a ring I had 18 years. I contacted them 20 August for help. I sent photos in of the ring. Since then I have rang four times and they keep saying they are sending the repair department a message. No one has come back to me. I have since managed to find a jeweller who can do it for me. Not very good service.
