I have been a customer for years. They offer lots of variety for different purchases, and an excellent return policy if the item is returned.
Delivery is slower than it was, but there’s no problem with a slightly longer wait. It’s a British company

I have bought so much from this TV Shop
I have bought so much from this TV shop, at unbelievable prices, but need to remember that images are HUGELY enlarged. Get to know carat weights and sizes to be sure you are actually buying a value for money item. Presenters are extremely knowledgeable, which makes it not only fun to shop, but educational as well. A few of the presenters are as annoying as can be, so I just mute the TV. They all have their own hyped up way of selling, and I have well and truly become accustomed to which ones will put on the greatest; I'm naughty and will get in trouble for doing this price point" They also have a superb range of home goods as well as beauty products, which unfortunatey are not available outside of the UK, so no shipping to Australia.How can a parcel of assorted jewellery, all in beautiful packaging, be sent from the UK, to Australia, for only AU $9.95?! Shipping fee is per DAY, not per order, which is amazing. Some Australian shopping channels should take note. Dispatch is usually within a week, and then it's up to the postal services to get it to you in a timely manner. In most instances I receive my orders within 2 weeks.Their website is easy to navigate, and keeps a full record of all you have purchased. A couple of times I have purchased and then a day later the item is half price. They do not negotiate on a credit or refund for the difference like is done here in Australia, so beware of that, especially if looking at items in the hundreds of $$'s. Many of the cheaper items are from China, with very thin bands and inferior workmanship, but the pricing makes up for it. Just be wary and shop carefully.

Great products both in quality and value. Many varied items to choose from. The Premiun Delivery is very quick at only an extra £2.00. Refunds are also quick. Having been a customer since 2007 I would definitely recommend them.

Gemphoria have some beautiful things However I've spent almost as much sending things back, I've kept things because it wasn't worth the postage! Spend as much as you can afford as I've found the things I wear are set in better quality metals. They have strong lights, things look different in daylight. Also things look different shown on a hairy man than a lady. Watch for plating too. I love most presenters and it's easy to get carried away. Don't panic Choose carefully. Sending it all back is very expensive. I have pieces I love. Choose carefully.

I love the jewellery from Gemporia
I love the jewellery from Gemporia, unfortunately my budget doesn't go to the expensive jewellery, but I wish that they didn't always put the second rate gemstones in the cheaper ranges of jewellery, as those ladies deserve to own some nice quality jewellery, also stop doing so much silver work around the gemstones and on the shoulders of the rings, I think it looks ugly and cheap in some circumstances it would look better with Topaz or Zircon instead

3 months and counting trying to get refund on a returned item. Round and round with nothing but deflection. Very frustrating, Never again purchasing from Gemporia. Beware, especially US customers.
Update: ive tried calling the number left on the response to this review and it connects to some automated system about medicare accounts; total bs, not wasting any more time, will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM GEMPORIA

Quick and easy to place an order. The bangle/bracelet was packaged securely and came in a purple pouch and padding. I wear the bangle with all my other bangles as it has silver on it so it matches beautifully.
