Service from Gemporia/ jewellery maker is great. However Royal Mail, which is the best delivery company out there, there was a card left stating to check outbuilding,( which they have it in writing is our safe place). The package was left on top of a rabbit hutch, and it rained, and it got wet.

Argyle champagne diamonds stunning
The Argyle champagne diamond ring was stunning and I ordered in a small ring size to wear as a pinky ring. The matching earrings were a bit underwhelming, I knew the diamonds would be smaller and was considering returning them…..However, on a brighter day I held the sealed packet in the sunlight and saw that the small gems were catching the light well, so had brilliance….of course I succumbed, broke the seal, removed the label and put them on. I would have loved the diamonds in matching earrings to have been the same size as the solitaire in the ring but appreciate this would have made them MUCH more costly, so not an expense that I could justify really. But I am Australian so these champagne diamonds from the now closed Argyle diamond mine in Western Australia have particular resonance with me personally. I have lived in the UK for over 30 years now but if I am wearing gemstones from my childhood home then it helps me to feel a connection there. My late mother and I would admire Argyle diamonds in premium jewellery in shop windows in Adelaide…..I never thought then that I could actually own a set of champagne diamond earrings and ring myself, thank you 💜

I love this Company , ordering some diamond studs for my Grandaughters Graduation the butterfly back on one was broken.
Called Customer Services they have sent me by Special Delivery some new earring backs , arrived in time for her Special day .

TJC (Gemporias sister company) actively preys on vulnerable and elderly individuals.
My mother has Alzheimer’s disease, and I have a legally registered Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) in place to protect her and manage her affairs. TJC (Gemporias sister company) reluctantly read and acknowledged the LPA, yet they cynically continued to sell to her anyway.
When I discovered this and confronted them, they told me to put my complaint in an email, which I did. Worse still, when my mother called to place another order, TJC staff explicitly told her that her account had been blocked "under instructions from her daughter."
This gross breach of care and professionalism caused my mother to become incredibly stressed, agitated, and angry. Because of the paranoia and distress they triggered, she refused to allow her two daily carers into the house, completely disrupting her care routine and endangering her well-being. To top it off, when I wrote to them to address this absolute catastrophe, they completely ignored my emails. They are refusing to acknowledge my email, so I will shout it from the rooftops.
TJC (Gemporias sister company) cares only about profit and will gladly exploit individuals with cognitive decline. They have zero ethics.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Don't deny you have nothing to do them, You bought TJC in March 2026!!

Absolutely awful, low quality jewellery. Lasts a few wears only. I have bought a few pieces from Gemporia, the first was a diamond ring which I purchased one for a gift and one for myself. On arrival the first diamond ring had a deep, noticeable crack/ scratch on the largest middle diamond. I took a photo of it where it was clearly visible and contacted Gemporia customer support, they said they had no replacement for that ring and therefore I’d have to send back for a refund (despite seeing the condition it turned up in). I thought that it was a one off, and I’ve seen reviews about people returning and not getting their money back anyway so I decided to just keep it. The second diamond ring that I gave as a gift, a couple of the diamonds fell out shortly after. This was very embarrassing as it had barely been worn a week!. Secondly, before I was notified about that ring from the recipient I also bought a citrine ring with 3 teardrop citrine stones in. Not even a week or two of wear (and doing nothing strenuous) and the middle gem had fallen out! I contacted support and they offered a refund or replacement, I took the replacement. Guess what? Today the replacement ring has also had the side stone fall out after about a week of wear. THEN the same diamond ring that arrived cracked that I decided to keep, the side diamond fell out of this! I contacted support and they said I’d have to send it back for a refund which is absolutely ridiculous considering it arrived damaged and I notified them and then I sent them a clear picture of the missing diamond! Terrible quality junk. I’ve wasted money here. My partner also bought me a ring with an amethyst in the middle, this ring is also now just a silver frame as the stone fell out of that last week too! That’s EVERY SINGLE RING in different styles that I have bought or been gifted from here that has been awful quality and the stone has fallen out, this therefore cannot be an issue with just one product but is clearly a widespread issue with Gemporia quality. I have had silver rings from cheap jewellers, even Chinese ebay sellers that have lasted way longer. In fact, none of the rings that I have ever bought before have had this issue regardless of price, I wore 2 from other sellers for close to 10 years and they’re still going! This is absolutely awful, I would recommend everyone to avoid. The packaging looked good so I was planning to use for Christmas gifts initially but now I definitely WILL NOT. Cheap tat, this site shouldn’t be in business. I have had enough of contacting support and I’ve wasted money on absolute junk! Never had an issue with any jewellery like this before lee alone EVERY SINGLE PIECE within the space of weeks to a month! Terrible! If this review stops even one person from buying from this awful site then I’m glad that I at least saved one person money! Rings from Temu would honestly last a lot longer than these!
