Shocking experience start to finish. No communication, kit was late, and when it arrived we were so disappointed with the quality.

We gave GB Sportswear the opportunity to put it right, but he refused, so we took him to court + were granted a CCJ. Two years later and still we haven't received a penny.

We have, today, issued Court proceedings against, the company owner who’s name is on the website, and GB Sportswear for non fulfilment of an order. David makes promises he doesn't keep. He is happy to 'rob' children of sponsorship money (8 year old children). DO NOT believe a word this company says

Absolutely appalling service - DO NOT USE!!! I placed an order on the 12th June for a training kit and coat, which cost a lot of money and I am still waiting and it’s October! I’ve had 1 response only to various emails, no follow-ups and now being ignored. My order was apparently dispatched 3 weeks ago… I’m still waiting. They have also ignored my request for a refund.

Awful service. I’ve advised our football club to never use them again for kits. The club kits that we do have are rubbish quality too. Definitely not worth the money or stress of such a despicable service.

Unfortunately I placed an order on the 4th June. From the initial 2 emails that I got a response to after no delivery of paid items, all my emails requesting feedback regarding a delivery, if the order was going to be fulfilled or requesting a refund have been ignored.

I cant complain about anything at all! First of all they managed a tight turn around so that i could reveal our kits at our presentation. The kits are high quality and look absolutely stunning. They offer a huge rage of products which i will be looking to purchase through the season. Great service and a very very happy customer.

The thing is, I submitted an enquiry literally 10 days ago. Sent the colours of my brand and hey presto I have them in my house right now. The kit design is lovely, it feels great and the quality is unreal. Buzzing all round to be honest. Me and the boys down 5-a-side are going to look sharp now!

I am convinced that the positive reviews here are all faked (there are a lot of 5* reviews from people who have only ever left one Trust Pilot review - fishy).

Our team had the worst experience ordering kit from GB Sportswear. The owner of the company will take your money and then ghost you.

He has done this to multiple people (search the company name on Twitter to see for yourself) and has even had CCJs lodged against him.

Save yourself the time and hassle and go elsewhere.

A great company to deal with, the Jerseys are of fantastic quality and timescales were improved on.

The reversible kits are an amazing idea.

Items never arrive. False promises and blanked messages. Avoid!

I have previously ordered from Gb Sportswear and it was superb, excellent for what I needed! The service and communication was great and I will definitely be ordering in the future!

I’ve already put a review up about David and this company last year after not receiving my order (placed 2 in the space of a few days) hoodies (ordered in Jan 2023 - still not received) t-shirts (ordered also in Jan 2023 - received end of May 2023 after a lot of back and forth and ignoring of emails/messages. Oh and I collected them myself from his neighbour just to make sure it ‘didn’t get lost in the post’). One I received my t-shirts he asked me to change my trust pilot review, let’s just say he’s far from me doing that now - not that I would’ve done it before anyway.

Still no sign of my hoodies for our team 14 months later nor a refund. And to see he’s replying to people saying there is no outstanding orders left is a joke as I know plenty of people who are still waiting for their orders.

David is just digging himself an even deeper hole replying to these reviews with yet another bunch of lies. I haven’t had a reply since September 2023 when he told me he was posting my hoodies to me, messaged him on WhatsApp towards the end of October telling him I still haven’t received my hoodies and I have just been ignored.

He also had a “backlog” of orders Christmas before last too and that’s why I didn’t get my items within 28 days 🥲🥲

I advise David to give out any refunds because we start taking even more legal action against him.

I ordered two pieces of clothing from the club shop in early Jan, by March I had given up and claimed the money back from the credit card company.

I chased the company to be lied to (after multiple chases with no answer).

I wouldn’t use them again and nor will our club

Quality of clothing is really good. Great designs. Fitting is also great. Club shop was set up in quick time for us too!
