This is going to be a lengthy review!
I have absolutely nothing but praise to give. We were an annoying customer, constantly changing designs asking for things tweaking, taking our time and really testing everyone's patience! BUT we were treated so amazingly. David was so patient, so quick with his responses and nothing was too much to ask. The design was utterly bespoke and was phenomenal. Better than we could have imagined. Every request was met with respect and fabulous customer service.
He kept me posted at every step and he personally posted the whole teams kit super speedy for us for our upcoming Charity match. The quality of the kits is amazing, just what we wanted AND the printing is perfect and clear. Even the sponsors are speechless with how good they look. The team were thrilled when I turned up with their new kits and they do look so good on!
Thanks to everyone, especially David, at GB Sportwear for keeping this grassroots team looking sharp and ready to boss the upcoming season!

Fantastic communication and customer service and a real quality product.

The quality is superb, and the design is fantastic.

We were optimistic to receive them before our cup final, and the turnaround was unbelievably fast! David went above and beyond to make sure we had everything in time. The communication from start to finish was excellent; he was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

Despite any negative feedback you might have seen, I can't recommend this company enough. Their dedication to providing high-quality products, a brilliant design, lightning-fast service, and outstanding communication truly impressed me. We'll definitely be returning customers and recommending other coaches to use.

Amazing, ordered 20 personalised reversible t-shirts and the service from start to finish was brilliant, responding to my emails very quickly. We were also assisted with the design and the shirts turned out just how I'd imagined with both sides looking great. Will definitely recommend to friends, particularly due to the attentiveness of the staff - I'm so used to being left for weeks on end with no reply from other companies so this was a breath of fresh air!

Absolutely AVOID!! Bought a tracksuit beginning of January. Told in February it was due in on the next delivery. Nothing. It’s now April. No answers off emails. Sent a text message requesting a refund and replied stating it would be processed through the accounts dept. Weeks later now telling me it’s being posted. No good now fella!! Football season is nearly over!!

Purchased two Sol Bamba shirts from GB Sportswear on the 2nd of February, noting that delivery is within 2 weeks as they don’t hold stock as they are not for the profit of the company, which is completely understandable.

It reached three weeks and after no dispatch email was received, two emails were sent to the company to question when the items would be delivered - the emails went unanswered which prompted a message to the company page on a popular social media site.

The response was that they had the medium in stock and the other shirt was due to arrive with them ‘any day now’. Fast forward a week or so and the email was finally answered stating that there was a delay due to the shirts being held at customs, however they would have all shirts delivered by the following weekend.

The following weekend arrived, no shirts. I again messaged the business, they read the message and didn’t respond. I sent another message, and again they didn’t respond.

They responded to the third message by stating they had a backlog and ‘you will receive an email this week detailing the dispatch’ - that didn’t happen.

I followed up yet again, they responded saying I would have an email on Monday (yesterday) - guess what, no email to notify that they had sent the shirts.

Nothing today either.

The fact they had one of the shirts in stock, by their own admission, but have NOT even sent the one shirt out to show that they are trying to fulfil orders says all that you need to know.

Numerous promises not followed up on.

Keep your hard earned money in your pocket, I wish I had.

Disgusting way to treat customers.

We ordered a netball dress in December 2024. As it was personalised we accepted the 28 days that it was going to take ( despite not being told about the wait at the time of placing the order). However 3 months later we are still waiting.
We called and were told it was due to be delivered soon. When we called again we were ignored - until we called on a different number. Then again we were told the order was being dispatched the next day. Suprise suprise it wasn't dispatched and now there's no answer when we call. Emails are also being ignored.
Looks like we've ripped off by a con man so please don't make the same mistake. Take your money else where so you actually get what you've paid for.

Terrible company. Still many orders outstanding at our junior football club. No communication. Personal order missing jacket, missing hat on purchase dating back to September last year. Promises never fulfilled.

Communication is shocking, and when there is communication it’s all lies!

Plenty of other kit makers about who can deliver the same quality of kits in less than a week. Shop around first and don’t waste your time and your money with this embarrassing of a company.

Despite more emails requesting updates on our order and providing the order number (10941) I have still not received any updates. Very poor service

It's over 12 months since I originally ordered and still not resolved.
I ordered november 23, for christmas. Ordered received in Feb 24, wrong size sent contacted straight away and promised a new one, not sent!! Contact and got provided a £50 voucher used to order a Body warmer with replacement tracksuit, body warmer arrived 6 months later but wrong one and no tracksuit. Contacted again and again IF david replies just lies and false promises!! AVOID, SCAMMERS!!!

What can i say.. this company has taken our cash and not forfilled our order.. we had some of it but are missing 2 items. Bare in mind hes already had a lot of money from us as club sponsership for our boys football team. He gives promise after promise.. everytime i message he says its been sent or cant find trackinng number ect. The only reviews he has from this site from being good are from the cardiff shirts so im beginning to think its all for publicity. I would never ever reccomend this place to anyone. Shocking service.

Dont bother ordering from this company order placed last september and still not delivereved. Promise after promise. Lies after lies. Never replies to messages. Emails phone calls. Had a lot of money out of me with sponsorship plus clothing bought which i have only part recieved. Promised the world for delivey for christmas being hand deliverved by himself. This company is a joke. This company will never have a penny off me again. And has said hes giving 150 voucher to spend i know where mine be going.

Really pleased with the Sol Bamba shirt organised by the supporters trust, really good quality and well designed at a good price
Slight hitch with the delivery company but GB Sportswear communicated well and even offered to hand deliver the replacement, so all good

Bought 2 sol bamba shirts excellent quality. Only blip was wrong size send for 1 but messaged them and had a response and a replacement arranged within 5 minutes. Really nice shirt for a no 1 footballer. 🐦🐦
