Excellent service
Opened an account, simple, received a courtesy call from a staff member soon after and answered a couple of questions from myself. Transferred the money in Euros to FTT's Euro account and the funds were transferred to my UK account the by lunctime the next day at the rate I had booked. Very happy.

Fast Payment
I used the service twice for payments into different countries and the serivce was quite good. The payments are done in 2-3 days. The service also provides good Exchange rate and minimum charges. Would recommend the service to everyone.
Suggestion: It would be more helpful, if the service makes swift copy available after the payment is transferred to the beneficiary account, which will make the payment more faster

A little slow but then that is probably a reflection of ME Weekend, Easter and Qatar. However all problems eased by good communication and updates.

Your beneficiary bank would have asked for these funds to be routed via a third party. It is this third party bank which would apply the charges which is unfortunately out of our control.

I left them an order, the market reached the point where it was supposed to be filled, but they didn't fill it. I had a rate alert set as well, and the rate alert even said they were able to fill it. When I called to ask why it was not filled, they put the Head of Customer Support on the phone to tell me I had the alert the wrong way round, even though we had plenty of evidence that I had it the right way round, except she hadn't a clue about even basic fx trading. Eventually, after a lot of persistence on my part (it took two phone calls and an email to convince them to investigate), they admitted it was a technical error and finally filled me. The next day (why do I keep trying??--well, because they did eventually admit the first error and stood by the trade, plus I had no idea they were going to make yet another error so soon), I tried to leave another order of the exact same size and was told I'd exceeded the limit on my account. By the time they sorted that one out, the market had passed through the level that would have filled my order and run away completely.

As discussed during our telephone conversation, we experienced an unusual technical error when your Profit Order was placed. By way of an apology, we honoured your exchange rate which resulted in a loss to FTT but we wanted to ensure you received the rate agreed.
All of our clients have a set transaction limit and because the second Profit Order you attempted to place was higher than your first, you were notified your limit had been exceeded. We ask our clients to contact us to increase their transaction limit for security purposes and you are then able to make your booking online.
As you can see from our many excellent reviews, we pride ourselves on great customer service and we can only apologise if you feel you did not receive this.
