Good reliable money transfer service
On the whole a very good and flexible money transfer service. The only annoyance is that the exchange rate tool (tools->exchange rates) seem to show the market rate and not the rate being offered when you actually go and make an order. The fact that there is a difference is to be expected, but it would be nice if there was a bit more consistency/clarity on this.

I was unaware that the rate you get depends on the amount you want to transfer. I would find it helpful if this info could be made available so I could make a more informed decision about how much to transfer.

Our currency charts show the interbank rate because the live rate you receive is affected by the amount of currency you are exchanging, therefore our charts are an indication of the current market rate. The best in online ease and offline service.
Just try them out, we've been using them for 8 years. The online experience is simple and seemless with no nasty surprises like most of the their rivals, and thats; actually someone at the end of the phone. And that someone is based in the UK and is mots likely to be the person you spoke to last time you called.
