I brought my Audi A8 in with an annoying suspension noise that had been getting progressively worse — a clunking sound over bumps that I’d been putting off for too long. From the start, the experience was reassuringly smooth.

The repair was completed the same day — ahead of schedule — and the A8 rides flawlessly now. Quiet, composed, exactly as it should.

For a dealership service department to genuinely impress me is rare. This team managed it effortlessly. Highly recommend.

Staff are fantastic, in particular Dave, I have two vehicles which are serviced and mot here, Dave is always really helpful and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything.
In past experience when a garage has said they have checked my car often other things come up which have been missed , at fresh motors they are really thorough and go through all with you in detail.

I had a MOT done today. It was done while I waited. They have a clean comfortable waiting area where I was offered a drink. I had to wait the minimum time it takes to complete. I just trust this garage.

Made our purchase with Kieran. Very knowledgeable. Timescale on picking up the new car was slightly longer than o hoped but this was due to staffing issues not the car.
