The Towbar Group Ltd Anmeldelser

A pleasant experience, professional, helpful advice, towbar fitted on date arranged at reasonable price. Really pleased with towbar, the fitter knew his job and was a courteous professional. Highly recommend this company, 2 orher companies i approached were less than helpful

Prompt arrival.on time, installer polite and just got on with doing the work.
Completed on time and gave clear instructions on use of tow bar.

Would recommend.

Arrived on time. Did work well. In awful weather! Efficient and friendly.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and speedy and good value

We had a tower fitted about 10 years ago but not by this company. The electrics developed a fault and I had isolated it to the towing relay and the communication with the on board computer. They were happy to confirm if this was the case and replace just the relay or fit a new harness. They completed the testing and confirmed that it was the contacts with the relay that were corroded and could be cleaned to fix the fault. Great job.

I wasn't too sure what I wanted in a towbar.they were very helpful explained everything. They gave me a date and time turned up,fitted and tested very happy.

Really helpful advice, very patient with all of my questions and helped me choose the best option for me. No hard sell, just good, clear advice. Communication was excellent and fitting was very carefully done with no disruption. Tow bar works well and suits our circumstances very well. Really pleased with every aspect of the job from initial enquiry through to fitted towbar.

Quick, efficient and polite service. Thank you very much.

Great advice initially when I enquired via email and the response was nice and quick, then on the day of fitting the fitter was on time and professional. I’m very happy with the service and the product and the price was competitive too. Highly recommended

Great service from booking though to fitting - would recommend 👍

The Tow Bar Group was a great company to deal with and the whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. Friendly staff, great communication throughout, and excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

Had a towbar fitted 2 days ago. I wish all companies were as easy to deal with from the girls in the office to the guy fitting the towbar. Such a pleasant change. Will definitely recommend. Thanks for the great service.

Outstanding service from start to finish
Had a towbar fitted by The Towbar Group and couldn’t be happier. From Jemma in the office to Gareth who fitted the towbar, the communication was outstanding throughout. Professional, friendly, and efficient — the whole service was second to none. Highly recommend The Towbar Group!

Great communication, easy to talk to, very good responding on e mail, fitting was great, no dramas from start to finish. Good customer care and a nice bunch of people to deal with .

Really helpful staff. Helped us with a power-to-tow-bar issue and tried to help us over the phone to try to avoid a call-out charge for us, a charity. Can't recommend this company enough.

Our Tow bar was fitted by Conner . He fitted our tow bar in the rain and did excellent job . Tidy and told us were the fuse box was . Very polite lad. Also lovely young lady on the phone when we rang up . Very helpful.

From making the enquiry to fitting the experience was flawless.
I made the enquiry and found the booking process very easy and the communication was prompt and efficient. Once booking was confirmed I paid the deposit and had confirmation of installation date and the gentleman arrived on time and spent a good few hours fitting the tow bar and then explained how it worked to detach and lock it in place, the service from start to finish has been excellent and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fitting. I could have it done at my local place of work or my home address. The gentleman who fitted the bar was responsible and respectful of my car and polite I would give this a definite 5 star on service booking and fitting!!!

Easy to arrange, service delivered to a high standard, very personable staff from booking to fitting.

Excellent communication when ordering and the fitting was carried out at my home in just over 2 hours with minimum fuss. The towbar was expertly fitted by Gareth with a complete demonstration on its usage (fitting & removing) and the location of the fuses if ever needed. The electrical socket is neatly hiding behind the bumper, which, when not fitted, one would not even think a towbar was fitted.
Excellent service and highly recommended.
Cheers. A

Excellent fitting of a different towbar. Arrived/completed on time. Very thorough and efficient job by the fitter and very well executed. Excellent from the day I enquired to the day the fitting was undertaken. Easy to arrange at home fitting, completion and payment. Very pleased I chose this company to do the fitting.
