The Towbar Group Ltd Anmeldelser

They are very good at there job very polite clean and tidy very good price will recommend them to other for there tow bars.

This company is clearly efficiently run
They are competitive price wise. But they are also helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.
Whilst service standards have definitely declined over the last decade, this company has bucked the trend. They gave me a realistic date to do the work. I'd picked the busiest time but didn't over promise.
The fitter arrived on time at my house. He was polite and cracked on with the job. Finished in just over 2 hours.
The towbar affected the car sensor. Which they had pre warned might happen. Immediately they offered possible solutions and also offered a date for the issue to be resolved. A 20 minute visit for an adjustment and problem solved.
I have no hesitation I recommending this company on every level

Fitter arrived early and competed the job in just over an hour and a half. Really pleased. Staff really helpful on phone and very responsive to queries via email.

This is the second time I have used them and the service / communication is excellent. I recommend them to anyone who will listen to me.

I would 100% recommend this company.
Jemma was brilliant at booking it all and was so so helpful and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish.
Gareth who removed our tow bar and refitted the cross member on our lease car was absolutely brilliant, came to our house, was prompt and did the job in great time. The cost was also great.
I would totally recommend this company.

On a cold windy day they worked in my ice cold garage fitting a towbar to my wife's new car. They even refused a mug of hot coffee. To get the job done soonest. They were a credit to the company. I was amazed at their determination to get the job

I knew what type of tow bar I wanted but wasn’t sure about electrics, all the information I needed was provided and explained, the whole process was very smooth and easy, the staff are very friendly and it was a great experience! Would definitely recommend the tow bar group

Excellent, prompt, friendly and efficient towbar installation carried out on vehicle parked at home.
Quality towbar installation at a reasonable cost.
Towbar Group are very professional and well organised.
Highly recommended if you need a towbar fitting.

A first class company - effortless interaction, prompt arrival to fit, polite and professional fitter and a comprehensive instruction on the tow bar after fitting - very pleased.

Good price, excellent fitting and friendly helpful staff. If I were being picky I’d say they could have improved by letting me know the time the fitter was due to arrive - but really that was 1% off the 100% service. No hesitation in recommending them.
