The Towbar Group Ltd Anmeldelser

As a customer I want an easy and stress free experience and that's what i got. Selection of type of towbar and electrics is clear and simple on the website.
Trouble free fitting on my drive, Nice tidy job.

Superb service, dealt with a guy there called Aidan. He was just a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I could not recommend enough.

5 star service from start to finish. Very helpful, friendly and professional. And cheap, what's not to like!!

i had a fixed flange towbar fitted onto my kia sportage 2022 model, despite making several phone calls and emailing the towbar group to ensure that they had all the right details for my vehicle, as it was apparently a cross over year for the new model. i need not have worried at all as these guys knew what the vehicle required, and had it all done in less than a day. the towbar fits well and looks good in keeping with the vehicle profile and despite this being a fixed flange towbar it does not interfere with the reversing sensors. would highly recommend the towbar group if you are considering a purchase.

Had a removable tow bar fitted to my A4 today, booking was super simple and the engineer arrived spot on time and carried out the work perfectly. Would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars! Thank you!

Thank you to the admin team and the installation engineer for making this such a simple and easy purchase & professional installation with great customer service, I will be recommending your services to others should the need arise.

Excellent service this morning. Fitter was very professional from the second he arrived until he left. He was very knowledgeable about the product and he worked very tidily and diligently throughout. I would definitely recommend The Towbar Group.

Very good service. From initial contact to installation very good. No complaints at all. I would happily use the company again. Thank you

Quick and prompt service resolving issue with an old detachable towbar

Excellent service, supplied and fitted a tow bar at my home address. They were polite and helpful.

Easy to deal with, polite and efficient.
Turned up when they said they would, Fitted a good quality tow bar, at a reasonable price

Good service, quality parts. They let me pay by bank transfer instead of by phone. Clear and honest communication about different options and prices.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Took time after installation to help with the App and how to use it, the cameras and their features.

Highly recommend, from the first call into the office to installation of a dash cam into an electric car, was professional and I was kept well informed.
Great work from a friendly team.

Bronny was very efficient in handling my complicated car electrics issue - linked to water ingress in my car, resulting in a damaged towbar harness/ module failure. The resolution was worked through with Jon and my car garage successfully, a new harness was installed and my car is all sorted!
Super team, no hesitation on returning should I need to in the future.

Where do I start? The quote and booking were competitive. Bronny was absolutely fantastic. Mac turned up bang on time, polite, knowledgable and very thorough. I had an issue with the electrics kit that I’d supplied, and Mac had it sorted out in no time. All I can say is the whole experience was first class from start to finish. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I will certainly be recommending them to all my friends. Thank you all.

Just had my second Tow Bar fitted at the Towbar Group, and their work is second to none on both occasions. Jon, Bronny and the team were very friendly and helpful, and even when there was a minor problem, worked wonders to complete the job.

Only drawback, being excellent at their job, they do sometimes have a wait before they can fit you in, but in my opinion it is well worth waiting to get the job done by the right people.

Thank you
