DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! I made an order in January 2026 of four items. They sent me two and then when I notified them of two missing items told me they were out of stock and offered me credit or money back for those two items. I declined as the shipping/fees cost me money and if I made a new order later I would have to repay that cost again which isn't fair seeing it was their error. I communicated this multiple times via email and I don't think they fully understood/pretended not to understand. Eventually the tweezers (main reason I made the order) came back in stock 5 weeks ago and I emailed asking them to send my two items and no response. Wrote on their insta page and fb page and they wanted me to fb message them which I did. Continually telling me they have passed it on to the 'team'.
Their instagram page seems to have disappeared now too.

Total scam. Spent hundreds of dollars on hair care products for my wife. It has been over a month since order was placed. I start inquiring 2 weeks after purchase. They never responded!! NOTHING. Numerous inquiries and NOTHING. Can't call them. Filed credit card dispute. BEWARE AND AVOID. Order #162136.
I just read their reply. Nothing but lies. What a SCAM. They have consistently said up to yesterday but they have escalated everything and I should be hearing something soon. Buyer beware this company outright lies and steals money.

I never received my order. I ordered on May 28, 2026. Order number 155610. They keep telling me its on the way. But obviously it is not. They will not refund my money. If they send me my product I will update this review.

Best range of brands, guaranteed EU formulas
French Beauty Hub has all the brands I am looking for and I can trust that they have the EU-specific formulations not available in the US. Be prepared for a 2-3 week delivery window. But it’s worth it!

I placed my order on 22 June, and more than six weeks later, it still has not been shipped. Despite repeatedly following up, I have received nothing but vague, generic replies claiming that their team is “working on it.”
Because of this unacceptable delay, I formally requested that the order be cancelled and refunded under their own refund policy. However, they have ignored my direct refund request and provided no cancellation confirmation, refund timeframe or genuine solution.
Keeping a customer waiting for six weeks without shipping the order, and then failing to process the requested refund, is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from FrenchBeautyHub.
