Lucky if you get your stuff
Ordered my products on the 13th July and despite my emails and request for the goods via the online bot the goods still haven’t arrived. I’m being told consistently they are on their way ( funny that !) and fobbed off with the usual customer service patter , but they are obviously invisible as I can’t see them anywhere or any notification from the mail company they are in their way . I requested to be reimbursed but of course that was denied as well . Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Consequently I like other people who have written reviews won’t be ordering anything in the future.

Placed an order over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Can’t get a straight or honest answer from the customer service team. At this point I’m tempted to get my bank involved. Would never use this website again! I wish I’d checked trust pilot reviews before I placed an order. Lesson learned the hard way I’m afraid!

5 generations of Biafine use. 🩷
For many years my Gran and my mom both kept Biafine in their home for anything from burns to chapped skin, dry feet etc. They purchased from Avibon after they stopped carrying it I happened up on French Beauty Pharmacy. The only reason I gave this order 4 stars is because it took a while to get - but not sure where it came from (I think Belgium?), which I didn’t realize when I ordered, so that’s prob why. If that is where it came from then they shipped pretty fast

Order not fulfilled and customer service message ignored
I placed my order on 13 July 2026. As stated on their website (4 to 7 days’ delivery time), I sent an initial email 10 days after placing my order to ask for details regarding my order and an estimated delivery date. I then received a brief reply stating that they were unable to provide a date. I sent another email asking for an update, but received no reply. To date, I have received neither any information nor a refund.
I strongly advise you not to order from this website, which fails to honour its commercial commitments, has highly questionable customer service, and does not appear to fulfil its orders.
UPDATE 13th of August 2026:
To date, I still haven't received any products. My order was placed a month ago, and I haven't received any communication from customer service. Your response of July 30th is therefore incorrect and only demonstrates your lack of professionalism. Do not order from this website under any circumstances.

I’ve been trying to contact your company by email and have already sent photos documenting the issue, but I haven’t received any response. That’s why I’m reaching out here.
I’m simply requesting a refund for the three shampoos that were never shipped. Instead, I keep being asked if I’d like store credit and am being offered an extra $5. I have no interest in store credit, as I won’t be shopping with your company again. Please process a refund for the items that were not included in my order.
