Ordered on 31May 2026- #156029 now 12th August and still nothing apart from standard response (1) from Mathieu re unprecedented demand problems(July 1st). Attempted through bot 3 times since - still nothing - tried again today.
Ridiculous and would not recommend any dealings with this company. My only consolation is it wasn’t a huge order. Considering getting my bank to try and get refund.

Products are overpriced.
No respect of their own terms of policy, especially regarding your order handling exceeding their 4 to 7 business days they are referring to.
Shipping is almost half the cost of your order and takes forever (6 weeks), but it's always the carrier's fault (for their delivery fees, FedEx is shipping overnight!).
And cherry on the cake, the import tax!!!! 5 weeks after the order was delivered, FedEx ask me for an additional $16 for import tax. The carrier! They don't even take care of the shipping costs, and leaves to the costumer to deal with it!
And now, customer service is nowhere to be found!

Absolute worst experience ever
Absolute worst experience ever. Took them almost 2 weeks to ship my item out. Then, because they didn’t do the import forms properly, my items got stuck in customs for 3 weeks. They never offered to help or tried to escalate with FedEx. It took my filing a claim to attract attention to the package to actually get it moving. Then once I finally got my order over 5 weeks after placing it, it was missing an item. I’m returning everything from my order because I don’t want to provide this company with any of my money. Now to see how hard it’s going to be for this scam company to even refund me for the missing item which I paid duties on.

It took a while for the products to ship with no updates about the status; I had to inquire a few times. Then when the products arrived one item had leaked inside. Also, I ordered two identical shampoos but one was different. Communication and updates could definitely improve.

Do not buy from this company. They are scam bugs. It says package on the way. The track number doesn’t work . I’ve placed my order on 9th of July. It’s 7th of AUGUST today and still not received When you write to them, they all respond the same way: “Rest assured, your package is already with our carrier, who will deliver it to your home in the next few days. “. It’s a joke. The money is not refunded . They say we should wait. And how long will it take for another month ? Is this a joke? I'm really sorry that I didn't come here to read the reviews before buying. There are many people who have been waiting for their parcels for months. I've written to the company many times asking for a refund, but it's no use. In response, I receive their standard response, which you can read here in the company's responses. Therefore, beware of this company. If the company was good, then the money would have already been returned to everyone, and they did not say that the delivery time had been extended indefinitely.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! I made an order in January 2026 of four items. They sent me two and then when I notified them of two missing items told me they were out of stock and offered me credit or money back for those two items. I declined as the shipping/fees cost me money and if I made a new order later I would have to repay that cost again which isn't fair seeing it was their error. I communicated this multiple times via email and I don't think they fully understood/pretended not to understand. Eventually the tweezers (main reason I made the order) came back in stock 5 weeks ago and I emailed asking them to send my two items and no response. Wrote on their insta page and fb page and they wanted me to fb message them which I did. Continually telling me they have passed it on to the 'team'.
Their instagram page seems to have disappeared now too.
