126 days now... still waiting
126 days now... no human email - only automated, no tracking number to go by, no response to my million requests for refunds - and the worst part, the only message I did receive says it has been delivered. That was 10 days ago. It hasn't. And it never will be. No doubt, someone will respond to the review giving some rubbish excuse. That seems the only way to get a response out of this bunch of scammers. I have even tried emailing them from a different email address - but nothing. 4 months. Appalling.

I was so excited to buy from French Beauty Hub but when I received my order it was missing one shampoo (the antipollution). Instead of treating me like a customer, I had to go through hoops to prove it was true. I understand not everyone is honest but it just gave a bad impression.

Got scammed by them. I ordered 3 toothpastes and didn't get them until now (6 months passed) - they won't give me refund and won't give details about the item or the shipment. Don't order and run soon as you can.

Slow delivery and poor customer service
Their quoted delivery time of 7 days is a blatant lie. Nor do they inform you that there is a delay, you need to contact them and then they inform you that they have a high level of orders and yours will be sent ASAP. When I chased them again, same response. The third time, they eventually said next week, possibly. I received a tracking number from the German post office, the company is based in Belgium, which said ready for shipping, which was promising. However two days later, there had not been any movement. I asked them why, giving the tracking no and someone called Mathieu didn't bother to read my message correctly. He said that my parcel would be sent in the next 24 to 48H! In fact, the tracking started showing a few days later and I received my parcel 1 week later. Three weeks altogether Awful communication , I'm never using them again!

Product is great! Only complaint was when I placed order it automatically charged me $25 for expedited shipping. I didn’t want to spend that extra money on tanning lotion. Plus, it took almost 3 weeks anyway.

Do not use this site. The goods never arrive and they keep sending messages saying the goods are on the way, the goods have been delivered and finally the goods are on the way!!! The order was made on the 27th July that advised it was in transit 1st August. It is now the 14th August. Tracking information did not exist.

Buyer Beware! French Beauty Hub DUPED me with "free shipping". I added more items to the shopping cart, specifically to get the free shipping, but was still charged. Ordered on 31May 2026- #156029 now 12th August and still nothing apart from standard response (1) from Mathieu re unprecedented demand problems(July 1st). Attempted through bot 3 times since - still nothing - tried again today.
Ridiculous and would not recommend any dealings with this company. My only consolation is it wasn’t a huge order. Considering getting my bank to try and get refund.

Never again
Products are overpriced.
No respect of their own terms of policy, especially regarding your order handling exceeding their 4 to 7 business days they are referring to.
Shipping is almost half the cost of your order and takes forever (6 weeks), but it's always the carrier's fault (for their delivery fees, FedEx is shipping overnight!).
And cherry on the cake, the import tax!!!! 5 weeks after the order was delivered, FedEx ask me for an additional $16 for import tax. The carrier! They don't even take care of the shipping costs, and leaves to the costumer to deal with it!
And now, customer service is nowhere to be found!

Absolute worst experience ever
Absolute worst experience ever. Took them almost 2 weeks to ship my item out. Then, because they didn’t do the import forms properly, my items got stuck in customs for 3 weeks. They never offered to help or tried to escalate with FedEx. It took my filing a claim to attract attention to the package to actually get it moving. Then once I finally got my order over 5 weeks after placing it, it was missing an item. I’m returning everything from my order because I don’t want to provide this company with any of my money. Now to see how hard it’s going to be for this scam company to even refund me for the missing item which I paid duties on.
