Loved everything except the total for shipping was about $20 higher since FedEx billed me for fees , I assume tariffs, but this should have been built into the price.

Although ordering from France takes a bit longer, it is well worth the weight to get quality products that I cannot get in the United States! They are always excellent packaged well and quality is just awesome. I am always pleased with my order. I will continue to be a customer for a very long time. Thank you for your commitment to quality customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience.
Both times I ordered from this website, I had a terrible experience.
The first time, it took almost 3 months to finally receive my product, after a lot of delays and stress. Unfortunately, I decided to give this company another chance and placed my second order on June 1, 2026.
It has now been months, and I still have not received my order. I have contacted customer service numerous times, but instead of actually resolving the issue, they keep passing me from one person to another and telling me that my case has been “escalated” or is “being followed up.”
I have sent multiple emails and have not even received a proper response. I am still waiting for either my product or my refund.
Honestly, this has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. The customer service is terrible, communication is extremely poor, and there is no proper follow-up.
After having this experience twice, I definitely do not recommend this company.
Update: FrenchBeautyHub has responded to my review asking for my order number. I have already provided Order #157545 multiple times, along with my tracking number LY943660875DE and details of my previous follow-ups. Unfortunately, I still have not received my sunscreen or my refund. I am still waiting for a concrete resolution

I was able to order a contact lens solution I cannot get in the US. I am looking forward to exploring more products. Shipping was fast and my items were well packed.

Your apology seems insulting as you have not responded with any coherent information to the many many emails that I have sent you including one sent yesterday . All you had to do was deliver the product as agreed .Or contact me with with some truthful relevant facts .
To others reading this , please , please , shop elsewhere.This company is appalling .You do not need to take my word for it .There are many many 1 star reviews stating the same .

UPDATE – September 7, 2026
I placed Order #150250 with French Beauty Hub on April 14, 2026. Nearly five months later, I still have not received the product I paid for.
I have repeatedly contacted the company by email and WhatsApp and have made numerous attempts to resolve this directly with them. I originally did not even want a refund—I wanted the product and was willing to wait.
After nearly five months, however, I have given up. I have now formally requested a full refund.
What is most concerning is that after posting my original review, I discovered many other customers describing very similar experiences involving extremely long delays, poor communication, undelivered orders and difficulty obtaining refunds.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
Based solely on my own experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from French Beauty Hub. I will update this review again if and when my refund is actually received.

UPDATE — AUGUST 30: STILL NO RESPONSE
After posting this review, I also contacted French Beauty Hub through WhatsApp with my order number and explained again that I do not want a refund — I simply want the product I paid for.
Now five days later, I have received no response here and no response on WhatsApp.
French Beauty Hub: Order #150250. Please have a real person contact me and tell me whether you have Osmo Soft in stock and can ship it. I have been waiting since April 14.
I will gladly update this review when my order is actually shipped and I receive a valid tracking number.

I JUST WANT MY ORDER! — Order #150250

I ordered Osmo Soft on April 14, 2026. More than four months later, I still have not received it. I have contacted French Beauty Hub repeatedly and have even received an automated message suggesting that my order was delivered, but no one has provided me with a tracking number. Items were never received!!!!

I do not want a refund. I want the product.

Osmo Soft is difficult for me to find in the U.S., which is why I ordered it from French Beauty Hub in the first place. If it is now available, please simply ship my order and send me the tracking number.

I would be very happy to update this review as soon as French Beauty Hub resolves this and gets my order to me.

This company has told me that it is "sincerely sorry" for its failure to resolve my issue, which is that I paid for two items and they shipped me one. Their sincere apologies always indicate that they are looking into the matter and will respond promptly. This has gone on for months. They are clearly just hoping I'll go away. I will not. But if you haven't purchased from this company yet, DO NOT. Unless you want to get on the merry-go-round of false promises and lack of follow-through.

French Beauty Hub, if you see this, my order number is #156983. Don't ask me for it again. Please issue my refund for the unshipped product immediately.

I ordered some sunscreens and aftersun products from French Beauty Hub two months before my holiday, expecting plenty of time for them to arrive. Unfortunately, they only arrived on the day I returned from my holiday.

The communication was, in my experience, very limited and poor. I contacted them about my order and received one response telling me to check the tracking information. However, for around 1.5 months, the tracking continued to say that the products were ready to be dispatched. I tried contacting them again for more information, but unfortunately I was ignored.

If you are ordering something you need for a specific date or holiday, I would strongly recommend ordering well in advance and not relying on their stated delivery times.

Overall, I won't be ordering from French Beauty Hub again. The only positive is that at least I now have the sunscreens ready for next year's holiday! ☀️😅

Took a while, but great experience and product. The delay, of course makes sense because it's coming from France all the way to the USA. In some way it's how you know it's legit.

I ordered A313 from French Beauty Hub several months ago. Initially (a couple of times) they replied to my emails but the followup emails have been ignored.

If you pay for something that does not arrive and your inquiry emails are clearly ignored (all emails very polite) it's called stealing - which is illegal.

An awful experience overall. Avoid.

Received all items in a timely manner and pleased with the product

Buyer BEWARE! I waited a long time to receive my product. I only received part of it and the company will not refund me. There are better sites out there that are more reputable. I will never order from here again. Use caution if using the site.

UPDATE: Still not resolved. I appreciate the company responding, but I have not heard back about a resolution. I tried reaching out again via email. I do hope French Beauty Hub will refund me for the item I did not receive.

Commande passée le 15 juillet, jamais reçue et remboursement refusé

J’ai passé une commande auprès de French Beauty Hub le 15 juillet 2026, avec une livraison prévue en Israël. Plus de cinq semaines après mon achat, je n’ai toujours rien reçu et aucune date de livraison fiable ne m’a été communiquée.

Le suivi est particulièrement préoccupant : Deutsche Post indique uniquement avoir reçu les informations électroniques concernant l’envoi le 6 août à 5 h 18, puis que le colis aurait été pris en charge le même jour à 5 h 25. Depuis cette date, le statut reste bloqué sur la mention selon laquelle le colis est « en route vers la prochaine destination ». Il n’existe aucune preuve visible d’une progression réelle vers Israël, aucun passage en douane et aucune estimation de livraison.

Il est également anormal que les premières informations d’expédition n’aient été transmises à Deutsche Post que le 6 août, soit plus de trois semaines après ma commande du 15 juillet. À cela s’ajoutent maintenant plus de deux semaines sans aucune évolution significative du suivi.

J’ai contacté French Beauty Hub afin d’obtenir des explications et de demander l’annulation ainsi que le remboursement intégral de cette commande non reçue. La seule réponse apportée consiste à m’affirmer que le colis serait déjà entre les mains du transporteur et ne pourrait donc plus être annulé, tout en me demandant simplement de patienter. Pourtant, aucune date limite d’attente ne m’est donnée et aucune solution concrète ne m’est proposée.

Je comprends parfaitement qu’un transport international puisse subir un retard ponctuel. En revanche, il n’est pas acceptable de demander à une cliente d’attendre indéfiniment lorsque :

* la commande a été passée il y a plus de cinq semaines ;
* l’expédition n’a apparemment été enregistrée que trois semaines après l’achat ;
* le suivi n’évolue plus depuis le 6 août ;
* aucune date de livraison ne peut être fournie ;
* et le remboursement est refusé malgré l’absence de réception.

Je précise que je réside en Israël. Je constate également que plusieurs clients commandant depuis Israël signalent en ligne des difficultés similaires : colis non reçus, délais extrêmement longs, suivi bloqué et difficultés à obtenir un remboursement. Cette répétition est particulièrement inquiétante et soulève de sérieuses questions sur la capacité de French Beauty Hub à assurer correctement ses livraisons vers Israël.

Le contrat de vente lie le client au vendeur, et non au transporteur choisi par celui-ci. Il appartient donc à French Beauty Hub de suivre sérieusement l’acheminement du colis et de proposer une véritable solution, au lieu de faire supporter au client les conséquences d’une expédition qui n’aboutit pas.

J’ai clairement demandé l’annulation de ma commande et le remboursement intégral des sommes versées. Je ne souhaite plus attendre une livraison hypothétique dont personne n’est capable de m’indiquer la date.

Sans remboursement rapide, je me réserve le droit de relayer cette expérience sur mes réseaux sociaux, sur d’autres plateformes d’avis et auprès des organismes compétents, afin d’informer les consommateurs, notamment ceux résidant en Israël.

Je demande le remboursement immédiat et intégral de ma commande du 15 juillet 2026, qui ne m’a jamais été livrée et dont le suivi est bloqué depuis le 6 août.

Worst customer experience ever. Never received my package even though they took my money 10 days ago. And I have emailed, whatsapped and messaged their “bot” on their website who just keeps giving me auto generated responses. I have asked for a refund and cancel the shipment even though it hasn’t been shipped and have said it is not possible.

Still no update or response from French beauty hub even though I have emailed twice, whatsapped several times and attempted contact. No update or help at all

Everything arrived ok but some were damaged.

The gold standard of sunscreens, hard to find in the U.S., delivered safely to my door. Great!
