Nobody answered
I emailed them last week to ask why I had not received the product I ordered two weeks before. Nobody has answered my email yet, no reimbursement has been processed, no tracking number has been received and I am still waiting for a response.

I dont even know if this business os legit.
I placed an order in July, had it confirmed a week later. Waited patiently 1 -2 wks. Nothing. Not updates whatsoever. Kindly and humbly reached out thru their only option given(online email) and received 1 delayed response "busy, will work to get order shipped". Waited patiently again 1-2wks. Still no notifications/updates whatsoever. Reached out multiple times. Maybe 3, 4, 5 times. Still NO RESPONSE/UPDATES/NOTIFICATIONS WHATSOEVER. Today is September 3.....I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED AN UPDAYE/NOTIFICATION/OR MY ORDER. Tried to get a refund but that only works AFTER u received ur order.....IF u ever even get it.....I want my money back AND my order AND compensation for their rude and conniving fustrating inconvenience!!!! Their squirrely actions and lack of customer service AND stealing from me is making me believe this company is a SCAM.
Ok check ur email. Order #163947. It should be there along with the other 6-7 emails. Its sucha shame it had to resort to this to FINALLY be "heard".
Ya see.....they seen a review that exposed their shiesty bullsh*t and respond via the public eye to make like they gonna address the situation and/or paint the picture as if they are catering to the customer. FYI anyone seeing this, their reply on trustpilot was just for show. Today is September 17. NO NOTIFICATION/UPDATE/PRODUCTS ETC WHATSOEVER. This is f*skin ridiculous!!!!!! 2 months+ and getting away with murder???

BEWARE: Unexpected fees nearly doubled my purchase
I purchased a $28.50 sunscreen from French Beauty Hub and paid $19.73 for shipping plus $4.27 in taxes at checkout, for a total of $52.50.
Weeks after my order was delivered, I received a separate bill from FedEx for another $47.90. That's nearly 168% more than the price of the product itself!
Only $1.40 of that bill was actual customs duty.
At NO POINT during my purchase was I made aware that I could be responsible for additional fees after delivery. I found no warning on the product page, during checkout, or in my order and shipping confirmation emails.
Had I known that a $28.50 product could result in another $47.90 bill after delivery, on top of nearly $20 in shipping, I obviously would not have placed the order.
When I contacted French Beauty Hub thinking this was simply in error, they said they were “sincerely sorry that these additional fees came as an unexpected surprise.” But that's EXACTLY the problem.
Customers should be clearly informed of potentially significant additional import and carrier fees BEFORE they make a purchase, not surprised with them weeks after their order arrives. People deserve to know the true cost of any purchase before checkout.
Unless French Beauty Hub changes their checkout process to clearly and prominently warn customers about these potential additional charges, in my personal opinion, they are not "sincerely sorry" about misleading their customers at all.

Waiting 3 months
I ordered from these guys beginning of June and still haven’t seen my order. Wrote a review and they contacted me to say they would do something about my order and then nothing. So now I don’t have my order and I just get messages saying they will do something and they do absolutely nothing. Do not buy from them they are really bad at this.
They always respond to trustpilot and then do nothing so not doing that again its a waste of my time.

Total waste of money
Total waste of money - Really frustrating experience and bad customer service. I ordered an item that took a month to arrive. After two weeks I emailed to say I no longer needed the item. They refused to refund and said it would be leaving their depot soon. Very annoying. It took another week to be posted and another week to arrive. I posted it back not knowing that there would be a 36euro charge on top of postage once it arrived in Belgium. If I pay that the return will have cost more than the item so not worth it...so now I have paid for the item and return postage, won't get a refund and don't have the item either. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
