I ordered three SkinCeuticals sunscreens a month ago. Their site claims orders ship within 24–48 hours, but my order was never dispatched. When I initially reached out to customer support, they gave me a brief reply, but then completely ghosted me when I asked for updates and requested a full refund.

Extra tariffs, Incorrectly charged sales tax, took a month to ship
Strange that they have mostly 1 star reviews with a few 5 stars to bump their rating and nothing in-between. Incorrectly charged sales tax to Oregon shipping address, which I notified them of immediately. They said they'd look into it and never got back to me. Followed up several times with no response. On top of that, they advertise two day shipping with a minimum purchase. That doesn't include the three weeks it takes them to put it into the mail. I was repeatedly told by support via email and WhatsApp that they'd follow the package in the mail "today" and then crickets. The package shipped weeks later, without the 2-day shipping that I'd intentionally met minimums for. Did I receive it? Yes. Did they refund the incorrect tax? No. I also received a bill from FedEx for tariffs and admin fees months later. Mistakes happen, how you address them, shows who you are and what you think of your customers.
UPDATE: French Beauty Hub, apparently has time to monitor trust pilot, but a week after they responded here, they still have yet to respond to my support email.

We’re sincerely sorry, particularly regarding the tax charged on your Oregon delivery, which remained unresolved despite your follow-ups, as well as the much longer-than-expected dispatch time. We understand your disappointment, especially since you reached the required order amount expecting faster delivery.
We have also read your update and understand that you emailed us again today. We therefore won’t ask you to repeat information you have already provided here. We will ask our team to locate your correspondence and specifically review the tax charge.
Regarding the FedEx invoice received later, any applicable customs duties and administrative fees are billed separately by the carrier and remain the recipient’s responsibility. Nevertheless, we’re sorry that your overall experience lacked the clarity and follow-up you should have received.

Egregious admin fees charged without fair disclosure.
i ordered two La Roche Posay sunscreen products from FrenchBeautyHub. Total cost for the two was a little over $50 and I paid an additional shipping fee. Nearly two months later, I just received an invoice from FedEx for $20.40, including $2.90 in duties and taxes, and then an “admin few” which FedEx says they charge to pay the duties and taxes. While it is true that FrenchBeautyHub discloses that purchasers may be charged for duties and fees, I don’t think any of us anticipate that such an admin fee might approached 40% of the cost of the items purchased. I can live with the $2.90 duty, but sticking purchasers blindly with this kind of admin fee is bad business in my view. Certainly won’t be purchasing from them again and would discourage others from doing so.

Hello, we completely understand your surprise at receiving an additional $20.40 FedEx invoice nearly two months after ordering two La Roche-Posay sun care products, especially when only $2.90 of that amount relates to duties and taxes.
We’re truly sorry that these additional charges affected your experience. The administrative fees shown on the invoice are determined and charged directly by FedEx as part of the import process; they are neither set nor collected by FrenchBeautyHub. For a detailed explanation or to dispute the amount, we therefore recommend contacting FedEx directly with your invoice reference.
We nevertheless take your feedback very seriously. Even when these charges are outside our control, we understand how important it is for potential import costs to be communicated as clearly as possible before ordering.

*** DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY *** Ordered product on 31 July 2026. They emailed on the 26th August 2026 advising the order had been delivered. When I advised them it had not been delivered, I received and email from Mathieu on the 27th August 2026 apologising about the mixed messages and the order was in the hands of their courier. I emailed them again in the 27th August 2026 and again 1st September 2026 for tracking information. As of the 8th September 2026, they have not responded to any of my email requests.

The WORST customer experience I can…
The WORST customer experience I can remember having. It took well over a month for my order to arrive, and when it did, the A313 was missing from my essentials kit
I chased and chased them for a refund or replacement. After an initial apology that was written by a bot (or someone completely backwards), I was completely ignored. I’m still trying to get my money back through my bank
I’ve ordered from The French Pharmacy London many times before and never had an issue. I only tried Frenchbeautyhub because it was slightly cheaper - never again! I genuinely never write bad reviews, but this was beyond awful. Save yourself the hassle and use The French Pharmacy London

Order never received
I ordered from French Beauty Hub and the package never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they sent me a tracking link that did not work. I told them and they said they would contact the carrier and follow up with me. I never heard back. I reached out again several times and got no response at all.

This company is a SCAM. Please avoid at all costs. 2.5 months ago i ordered 2 items. Still havent received a thing. They sent me a fake tracking number which hasnt updated in 42 days. They still wont refund me and all they keep saying is be patient.
Its an absolute shambles how this company is still operating.
PLEASE - GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS.

FrenchBeautyHub once again apologise for the extended delay and ask me to submit my order number. I have done this repeatedly on all different platforms, by email, speaking to a very unhelpful ‘Mathieu’, i have also reached out on Facebook messenger, Instagram messenger and provided my order number sooo many times. This company is a Scam. Any other legit business out there wouldn’t have an issue with refunding me and closing the case. I have been asking for a refund for over a month now and they refuse to entertain my request.
Be warned guys, you ARE wasting your money if you order from these scammers.

Mu order was supposed yo be delivered in a period of time of 7 days, it has been a month and I don’t have my order, I don’t even have a tracking number so I can have updates.
