I have emailed the customer service team and they said I needed to wait to see if it comes before they refund me - despite getting an automated email 2 weeks ago saying my order should have arrived and asking me to review their service. I’ve not had a reply to any of my emails since.

This company is bait and switch. They say free delivery but you get a bill from FedEx months later to pay the duty fees. If I would have known about this extra cost, I wouldn’t have purchased from them.
The order also took 3 weeks to receive. I do love their products but I’ll buy them from another source instead.

I’ve placed an order on the 30th of June and unil today it is not shipped.
They are not providing any excuse and expect me to wait until they ship. They do not wish to cancel my order with their - no cancellation policy advising it is being prepared. What type of order takes 3 months to prepare.
They do not respond by phone or whatsapp or even email. The only one responding is the person in charge with the instagram account asking me to wait for a response from the team who is is doing nothing.
Piece of advise stay away from them. Go to another trusted vendor.

Unacceptable service and wrong items sent
I had a terrible experience with my order (#160229).
First, the products arrived in badly crushed and damaged packaging. Second, they sent the wrong item: instead of the Avène Sun Spray Children SPF50+ (400ml) I ordered, they sent a Vichy cream (200ml)—half the size of what I paid for.
When I reached out to customer support to fix this mistake, they initially tried to dismiss the issue by offering a ridiculous 20% discount on my next purchase. After I declined and asked for either a replacement or a full refund, they completely stopped responding and ignored my messages.
Terrible quality control and non-existent customer support. I do not recommend buying from this store.
On top of that, do not trust the delivery timelines listed on their website. During checkout, they promised delivery within 5–7 days, but the package took three full weeks to arrive. Between the severe delay, damaged items, wrong products, and silent customer support, this was an entirely frustrating experience.

Shipped to USA. Price was good but expect delays
Thank you for shipping to the USA for a reasonable cost. There is only one thing to suggest. Perhaps you can pack the bottles a little better? Some tape over the tops to keep them from popping open and also a little more packing material. One of the bottles came open toward the end of the delivery and squirted out.

UPDATE: My order No is #168255
On the 12th of August 2026, I placed an order for the Klorane Waterproof Make-up Remover, at a cost of £16.56
To date I am still awaiting delivery. That is 33 days.
If the item was being shipped from Mars, I would understand the long delay. However, for goodness sake, it is only coming from France! Perhaps the company should consider giving the package to some of the people sailing across the Channel in small boats, because they seem to arrive at our shores a lot quicker!
Would it kill you to keep your customers informed of delays or to even explain to use why there may be delays?
Based on my experience, I would say DON'T BOTHER to anyone thinking of placing an order!

Cheater company!
I had purchased 8 pcs of vichy purete thermal 3 in 1 cleanser and I only received 6 pcs and had been seeking for refunds of the 2 pcs not delivered..No one bother to settle the issue to refund or to resend. I linked to WhatsApp from the website n someone responded n asked if I want them to be resent or refunded n I replied I wish for a refund and that's it for that 1 time respond n no reply to resolve the unsettlement. A real disappointment with this French beauty hub. Not really and cheater to send order of shortage. seems like some reviews of other buyer is the same as mine.. cheater!!!! for 3 mth alrdy no intention to resolve my outstanding item owing to my order.

Abusive surcharges on shipment!!!
Ok, products hard to find in the US can be found here, but 1) they take forever to ship them: promised 2 day shipping and I received the tracking # over a month later. 2) I bought a shampoo and conditioner, paid shipping and taxes, and a few days after receiving the product I received an email from FedEx charging me for import taxes and fees: I thought that what they charged as taxes and fees were exactly for this!! Anyway, just a heads up that whatever you buy from them, you’ll end up receiving an abusive surcharge from FedEx (in my case, 4.5 taxes and $17.5!!! for FedEx handling). I won’t buy again!!!
By the way, there’s no way to cancel an order, not even if they haven’t shipped yet… not even if you’ve been waiting for months for the product!

Order never shipped, no refund
I placed my order on August 26 with an expected delivery date of August 28. It is now September 10 and the order still hasn’t been shipped.
I’ve contacted customer service several times requesting a cancellation and refund, as their own policy allows cancellations before shipment. They have now stopped responding.
Very disappointing experience. I will have to open a dispute with my bank if I don’t receive my refund.

It has now been two months since I ordered product. I have emailed three times, most recently this week, with NO RESPONSE. I have asked for a refund but received no response.
I really DO NOT recommend this company as their customer service is non existant and I now will need to persue a refund.
