Ordered a few different sizes for choice, all came within a few days of ordering, excellent service as always!

Ordered oil filled radiator then 2 days later it was reduced by £10

The ordering of the clothes I wanted was easy and I was let known when the items were being delivered.
I could track the parcel.
The goods arrived in good condition. I was very pleased with the clothes thst were ordered.

Customer Service incompetence.

Spoke to someone via the chat app complaint not resolved. Emailed my complaint, exactly the same suggestion received and funnily enough it didn't work.

Absolute joke. Plus addressing me by my surname was the straw that broke the camels back

I ordered 2 power supplies for Ring doorbell cameras and received an email confirming the items. On checking my account I found that 2 TP-Link cameras had been substituted for the power supplies I ordered. I have spoken to customer services 3 times over the last few days and nobody has been able to sort it out. Asked for formal complaint to be registered. Now awaiting call back. Luckily, the order was only for £40. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. (Unless you want to spend a lot of time chasing your refund)

Absolutely disgusting delivery service, promised delivery date has been and gone days ago. I won't be ordering anything more from this company

Excellent selection and quality of womens and menswear plus household items and electrical. Great communication and quick delivery plus good packaging. I especially like the Pay in 3 flexi payment option too. Highly recommend 5*+

The coat arrived but the zip is faulty.

The bralet was sent ivory cream not white, as ordered. I therefore cannot wear it as intended. Sadly, no point sending it back as paid special delivery.
I will not buy again.

Place over £165 order, still no discount, Genuine email not spam, Now can’t even get back into to system to email to complain, Reminded me why I’ve not used for a long time, Avoid at all costs Wasted my time and utter shambles

I bought a double mattress which with discount was reduced from £419 to £325. Paying outright.
I found it strange that neither the sale or payment was put on my account and athough I had a message from manufacturer to say they would let me know a delivery date I had no confirmation of the sale from Freemans.This made me nervous as i had no order number to track and no proof of purchase incase of difficulty. I did receive a lovely mattess but to this day there is no mention of this sale on my account. Strange

Mostly good and if I’ve had an issue which isn’t often freemans sort it out. Good offers all through the year and different payment plans to siit

Really easy to use website. I received my items very quickly and in perfect condition. The site was easy to navigate and items were easy to finf.

Easy to join and easy to order . Quick delivery and great repayment options to suit most budgets .

Avoid this site. They have sent me out the wrong item. Instead of taking responsibility they told me I ordered the wrong item. After 45 minutes of speaking to them they realised their system had an error. No compensation was received. They didn't replace my order with the correct item. Had to hang up because I was getting no were and this was all after speaking to a manager

Great product quality service products

I ordered a camera that was slightly over my credit limit, called them up, spoke to an absolute gent in the finance department, made them a payment over the phone and #Boom my camera was here the day after, what a great company cheers everyone.

Your whole procedure of sending items back has changed I can’t print out return labels I won’t be ordering again from you or other catalogues like Roman or new look I would rather go to a shop where I can try outfits on and see for myself self if I want to purchase said outfits without the bother of returning unwanted items

tbh, kinda my delivery was marked delivered but never showed up so I had to call them twice. Learned my lesson the hard way.
