I ordered lots of bedding for my grandson's new bed in his new home. All the items were very reasonably priced and were delivered very soon after I ordered them. All items arrived together. I'm very happy with my purchases.

To start with, the actual colour bears very little resemblance to the pictures. I understand that product photography can sometimes make colours appear more saturated, but in this case we’ve gone from a deep orange in the photos to something much closer to gold in reality.

As for the quality, the only thing that appears to be genuinely “Ted Baker” about this item is the tag. I couldn’t find a single straight stitching line across the duvet cover or the pillowcases. Speaking of the pillowcases, they are enormous, practically the size of sheets, although perhaps that could be considered a bonus depending on your preferences.

Overall, the workmanship is disappointing and certainly not what I would expect from a product carrying the Ted Baker name. At this point, I’m inclined to think more was spent on the photography and studio set-up than on the actual manufacturing of the product.

Not a good customer service experience. I placed an order and realised I'd mistakenly ordered the incorrect size. I called up straight after to cancel and get a refund. The staff were unhelpful and told me they couldn't as the order wasn't live. I tried all weekend and they would not cancel it. I basically had to have it delivered and take it to the post office to send back to them. Very inconvenient and complicated. Not customer friendly at all.

I ordered a pair of Chelsea boots but came in wrong size. I ordered size 6W but received 5W. The package said the correct size but wrong size in package

One of my items are missing the courier delivery it on Monday he left it outside my back gate witch is located on a street

Placed an order online for 2 pillows on the basis that there was a 20% first purchase discount as they were expensive.
Once at the checkout I made sure it was applied however no discount was taken off and I was charged the full price. Emailed customer services who advised to wait for order to be processed before they could cancel, it was immediately dispatched. Complained again about this and have been completely ignored.

Ordered Friday evening. Ready for collection Monday. Great service!

Always deliver promptly and I’m always happy with the goods. Happy to order from them again .

This is the 3rd time I have placed an order with next day delivery and it hasn’t been delivered never again £5.99 paid for nothing as I still haven’t received it or had a refund for the £5.99 disappointed
