I ordered on-line but when I needed help with some questions, they were very prompt, helpful and informative on the phone. I got exactly what I ordered. The delivery arrived on the stated date and the driver was most helpful and co-operative. No problems whatsoever. I am very happy with my purchase. The quality is very good and it looks wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We came across Four Seasons at the Ideal Home show. John was very helpful and we decided soon after to purchase a 6 seater patio set. The service from asking a further question or two through to placing the order and delivery was excellent. The furniture is fabulous and being very well used.

Quick and efficient service, price good too

We had been looking for a new bench for a long while, without fortune. We went to the Ideal Home Exhibition to see what we could find, if anything. We saw the bench from Four Seasons as they had a stand there. The guy on the stand was not that responsive to any negotiation and stated the show price was it. We did like the bench, so when we got home, we went on their website to find it the same price as at the show, plus we received a 10% reduction for a first purchase. If the guy had been a little more responsive, he would have got the deal. Nice bench and easy to erect. Looks good in the garden and comes with a guarantee of a few years, if I recall Well packaged and safe delivery.

The customer service has been amazing and the delivery was fast. Amazing furniture and bench. Have just ordered a couple of side tables.

I got a lovely garden bench from the four seasons, I opted for a tailored cushion and tailored cover, the quality was great. Delivery was swift. Couldn't fault it!

Good quality chairs and coffee table set. Very pleased with purchase and looking forward to many years of use. Delivery information was simple and correct and items arrived well packaged. One foot was missing from a chair which the company posted as soon as requested to rectify the issue.

Good communication but feel based on the price, the product is not well made. On the table the holes didn't line up and on the bench the shape of the back is wrong so the screws show and can't be tightened fully.

We were looking for an aluminium Garden Bench for the Summer.
Four Seasons Garden Furniture had a good choice and the width we wanted. Got a good price as our bench was reduced.
Quick delivery, simple to put together and very comfortable. We have already enjoyed using it on the few warm days we have had so far this year.
All in all, very pleased & I would recommend it!

I was searching for a decorative and hard-wearing bench and was glad I came across this company. The leaf bench (in stone colour) was straightforward to assemble and has really lifted the appearance of the rather dull "shed end" of our garden.
Very happy with my purchase.

The only issue is they used APC Overnight for delivery.
They left the package next to a road where anyone could steal it.

Ordered a cast aluminium bench on line and liked it so much we decided to order a matching table. Didn't find the website that easy to navigate but ended up ringing the company who were very helpful and sorted my order out quickly. Speedy delivery and easy assembly. Very happy.

Went back to purchase large planters on the back of the quality and service received after first purchasing the garden furniture.

We purchased the lovely Monastery bench and matching padded seat from Four Seasons. Having compared prices, they were very competitive and delivery was very quick. I would certainly use again and recommend to friends.

Had a real struggle getting all the nuts to fit on the bolts. Ended up having to use some slightly longer ones of my own. Not really what you expect from an item of £300 plus albeit self assembly.Cushions also inclined to fall through back.

Love my garden furniture excellent quality.

The metal furniture is okay, fixing holes didn't line up particularly well.
Personally if I'd known it comes from China, I'd have looked round for an alternative... But already having a table and chairs, it needed to match.
