The metal furniture is okay, fixing holes didn't line up particularly well.
Personally if I'd known it comes from China, I'd have looked round for an alternative... But already having a table and chairs, it needed to match.

The bench we order arrived damaged but when contacting Four Seasons by email their response was very quick (same day) and agreed to send replacement parts, which turned up a couple of days later. Quite impressed! Oh and the bench is lovely.

Ordered a few times from these guys now and each time have been happy with the ordering process and the quality of the furniture. Chairs don't need assembling, unlike some other companies. The stuff that does (tables) is easy to put together. Would definitely recommend and order from again although I suspect the furniture will outlive us.

The garden bench I bought was of good quality and good value for money. Unfortunately the package was damaged in transit and part of the side support was damaged with chipped paint. I informed Four Seasons and a replacement part was sent straight away. I can’t fault their customer service and for this reason alone I will buy from them again.

Excellent service and great delivery timescale

We discovered Four Seasons at a trade stand 10 years ago where we ordered the oval patio set, then later, a bench and coffee table. They have stood the test of time and still serve us well. This year we added another patio set for the top of the garden, the Roma parasol as well as a bistro set for our daughter. The quality is as good as ever, stylish with a good weight. If we have needed to call with a query or to check on delivery there has been someone on the end of the phone to answer our questions as well as to offer advice to keep the furniture looking good.

I've been looking for some replacement garden furniture for some time, but everything is lightweight, flimsy and cheap looking. That's until I found what I was looking for on the four seasons garden furniture website. This furniture looks great, but is also well made and heavy; and I mean heavy!! However, heavy is good and hopefully won't get blown about in the storms. I'm really pleased with this purchase.

Very rapid delivery - ordered Monday, delivered Friday. Well packaged, delivered on a pallet. Excellent wrapping. Quality looks very good. Quite tricky to assemble for an 80 year old, and the list of parts did not exactly match the parts given, but it all fitted together well. Quite heavy to move, but OK with 2 people. The parasol in particular was heavy to insert into the base unit, but we managed it between us.

Furniture is good solid quality although not cheap & self assembly of adding the legs to the coffee table was fiddly! We were disappointed that having paid extra for the “free” delivery it still took 2 weeks! Cushions are firm & quality.
It is a very attractive lounge set & we look forward to years of use!

Our experience with Four Seasons Garden Furniture has been excellent, both in service and in product. We received good advice at the start, delivery and assembly were straightforward. The furniture is comfortable and graces our garden. Withstanding wind and rain, it gives us year-round pleasure. Upkeep is no more than an occasional wipe! Perfect.

Cannot fault the service received and quality of the garden bench.
