Forever Young Festival Anmeldelser 

Been to the 3 festivals in Ireland, have to say it's absolutely brilliant, the acts are amazing the atmosphere electric and everyone there are just there to enjoy the music and have fun. This year with the weather was a bit of a bummer, but everyone still had a ball.
Hopefully we get the weather next year.

I have attended all forever young festivals and I can honestly say it a permanent fixture in my calendar now. I have a will continue to arrange my summer to ensure I don’t miss it. The organization is actually first class. The complaints here are from the last year because of weather which Gay o himself couldn’t fix but Sharon and the team putting health and safety first. If they had have allowed the day trippers in emergency services would not of gained access quickly enough and a “what if” was a big gamble, so at their expense they decide our welfare came first. I don’t know another organization that would do that.

Not withstanding the above the atmosphere and comradery is brilliant. The bands , admittedly not all but then they like some of us have already enjoyed their hay-day. Except for the few of so many brilliant bands and artists it’s a complete trip and I love it.

Facilities are great too. I campervan. But there are services everywhere.

Bar Qs are a bit long and the plastic cup system is terrible and that’s my only fault.

It still get 5 stars from me and my husband.

Hurry up and announce 2024 dates please !!

An amazing experience in spite of the horrendous weather.

Went last year the weather was terrible but you have to do the best with what God gives you and that's what we done we had a blast . Will defo be going this year hail rain or snow , the acts were brilliant the volunteers couldn't do enough for us so roll on 2024 . Just a few suggestions for acts alason moyet jameraquay boy George Jimmy summerville madness lighthouse family damian dempsey adamant .

excellent festival well run have attended each year since it started three (3) years. each year better than the year before, last year was very wet but everything continued to run music, food stalls and other entertainments. overall a worth while experience for any one that wishes to relive their youth!!!!

I attended the first fyf alone, which I was in two minds about. Thank god I went as was the most enjoyable happy and friendliest fest and I never felt alone.I have been too everyone since ..The organiser also donates 100% to animal welfare which also makes my heart happier again..

Attended the last two festivals and had a brilliant time. Just waiting for the 24 line up and will bale going again.

I have been to 2 festivals, I can honestly say with hand on my heart we will never forget them, we just had the time of our lives.
We were not sure that we would be able to go to FYF23 as my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer, but we decided to volunteer and then she started her chemo on the Tuesday.
As a volunteer we honestly saw just how much organising goes into the festival, how Sharon and the team do it I honestly don't know. Even though the weather was not our friend, the safety of everyone was the most important thing. They always say "the show must go on" and oh my goodness didn't it! The acts were incredible, we really had an unforgettable experience, and shall return again in 2024, hopefully volunteering again if they will have us again. A massive THANKYOU to Sharon and the team for giving us such amazing memories, and meeting such amazing friends.

Attended all 2022 and 2023 forever young festivals so far. They couldn't have been further apart weather wise but weather is not something any of us can control. Weather aside the music and atmosphere at the event is second to none. It has become an annual event for me and my friends.
We glamped and from the minute we got into the car to travel up there to the minute we came home we laughed sang danced and enjoyed ourselves. The staff are so helpful the music is always fantastic. 80s music lovers - this is the festival for you. Can't wait for Forever Young 2024 - can't wait for the lineup

I've attended the last 2 Forever Young festivals and they were both electric!!! The atmosphere was amazing and I felt I went back in time to the care free life of the 80's. The bands were excellent and I take my hat off to the organisers for organising such a charitable event on that scale. No one or organisation could have predicted the rain we had last year but it certainly didn't dampen our spirits for the fun we had and the new friends we made. We're looking forward to FY 2024.❤️

I have been to only two Forever Young Festivals and hands down the best days ever , fully of nostalgia, dancing , singing and smiles and reliving our youth , last year was a bit of mayhem due to the weather , which could not have been predicted , but it was still an amazing event and I hope
It continues forever, for as long as I can boogie, will be there

I have been going to forever young since it started and it is one of the best, fun, most professional festivals that I have been to. This year was challenging because of the weather- that was the same for every festival I went to last summer. Some cancelled some went ahead. FYF went ahead and went over and above to try and make everyones experience a good one. I was with a group of 11 people and we had an amazing time. The bands were brilliant. A festival cant be judged on the weather but on its music and that was amazing. Roll on 2024 cant wait!!!

Every single thing about this festival is amazing. Its the highlight of my year. Cannot recommend it enough. Fantastic music, amazing atmosphere... all round winner

Great 80s music good food an atmosphere. Last year was a muck fest but still had a great time . Only negative was the time it to to get in on Friday and no toilets in basic camping. Will definitely be at the next one .

So went to Forever Young Festival for the first time this year with my sister, having watched numerous videos and enviously viewing photos of previous events - FOMO set in big time! Despite the horrendous weather and extremely difficult conditions faced, we just resolved to don our wet gear and enjoy the full 80's experience! To say we had a blast, is an understatement! The acts were all incredible and we were just so happy to finally see so many of our teenage fave 80's artists in the flesh! They didn't disappoint! Everyone throughout the weekend was so friendly and everyone just looked out for each other and we all laughed our way through the deluge!! There was nothing we could do to avoid the mud so we just got on with it! Needless to say, a memorable time was had in spite of all the rain & endless mud!! We're so looking forward to next years' event and hoping the weather Gods' look favourably on us in 2024! Well done Sharon & all the team for all your hard work!!

3rd best weekend of my life after my wedding and hens.
2022 was our 1st time going and even the biblical weather couldn't burst my bubble.
Fantastic setup, Fantastic people, arrived as strangers left as friends.
Cannot thank Sharon and the team enough for everything they do to put on this amazing festival.

We've attended this fantastic festival for the last 2 years and so looking forward to 2024. It's everything an 80's music fan needs - great music, craic, drink and food!!

Had an amazing weekend in July 2023 at the Forever Young Festival, it was put first time and it was fabulous. We used Lux Camping and it was super. The weather was not good and we had 4 seasons in 1 weekend but despite that a great time was had by all.

I have been to this festival 3 times and each time has been a wonderful experience. Each time it has been different and crazy. It’s made me feel like a teenager again. I could never have imagined that at 55 I could recreate the experiences I had when I was 18. I love this festival and will continue to go and get my annual hit of being a care free teenage again
