I purchased two items at great expense in May this year , after very little wear of the trousers the material is snagging and buttons coming unstitched, the trousers cost £160 . I’ve reached out to folk 3 times and not had one reply?
Very poor customer service!

Like other reviews , really poor all round

Brand quality used to be great but it’s now cheap and second rate .

Lots in the reduced section of TK Maxx !!! Enough said

No doubt the business is in financial difficulty as have endless sales , so may even go under

£5 delivery which takes 5 days to dispatch and still not delivered.

No response to any emails or calls

Will not use again

My order arrived after 4 working weeks. I bought it for a special occasion which was in 2 weeks' time from the order.
I sent 3 emails and called them several times, and left a number on the answering machine, but still, I wasn't able to speak to someone.

For the price of the products, someone would expect a tracking number at least!

Truly awful customer service. I've placed 2 orders with Folk, both have been disastrous. The first one - the wrong items were sent. The second one - the parcel was lost. 2 and a half weeks later after multiple phone calls and emails including being told more than once that my items would be re-delivered the next day I was refunded without notice and no replies to my correspondence regarding my order. They can't handle their sales, clearly don't have enough staff in place and use a poor delivery service. Avoid.

They have now started selling their products at TK Maxx which should tell you all you need to know.

First time ordering from US, sweatshirt looks great and the delivery was super fast.

Dinosaur business.

Overpriced trousers. £150. Reduced to £80. Worth less than £40 overall I'd say. Flimsy and naff.

Charged £5 delivery. Returned item via RM Tracked Special £8. Folk then also charged me £3.95 on top!!!! for a return 'handing fee'!!!!! Disgusting. What world are these Folkers living in.

Comms awful.

Will be out of business before long.

Try elsewhere for better quality / better service / similar prices.

Awful company, awful customer service. Folk sent my order to my billing address and not my delivery address. They even managed to get my billing address incorrect and I haven't received my order. No reply from their customer service at all after many emails. Now I am left with no items and they have my money - almost £200. A very stressful shopping experience. Avoid - with customer service like this, I won't be surprised if this company goes under very soon.

If you want well made, timeless clothing that is going to last, DON'T BUY THEIR CLOTHING.
paid an arm and a leg from Mr Porter webshite and the stitching is falling apart already, only bought them in 2021.

Possibly the worst experience purchasing online that I've ever had. Missing items from orders. Emails responded to after 2/3 months.

3 of the items were extremely poor quality (no wonder they were on sale) - warped necklines, thread coming apart on the seams. I even brought the items all the way back from the US to return them in the UK store and they still haven't processed a refund or contacted me. I will never ever order from Folk again.

I bought a few items during the sale, my first experience of the brand. There was an issue with the courier and I used their 'chat' function, Fraser who hekped me couldnt have been any more helpful.
Really nice ot receive such perosnal service and feel that the person on the other end genjinely cared.
Wil definitely be back.

I have been shopping with Folk for about 5 years now - Femke and Hannah in the womens store are so lovely and the fabrics are just beautiful.
I have recently moved away from London and started o buy online, I had a problem with my delivery (courier) and although it took me a little time to get hold of someone, when I did they were super helpful.
Lovely folks, lovely clothes.

These are my go to brand for trousers, suits and shirts - love the design which is modern classic with a twist, great fabrics, designs and colours - I feel like I can always rely on folk

Nice designs but finish is very poor. Terrible quality/stitching etc. Feel like they will disintegrate after a few washes if they last that long. Not good enough given the price charged. Is this why so much is available in TK Maxx at 70% discount?

Sent me the wrong items, won’t respond to returns or emails, so I have paid for something I didn’t order and they won’t acknowledge me, have emailed them multiple times over the course of a month to zero response

As many other people on here say, their customer service is atrocious, avoid at all costs

I purchased 2 pairs of socks from Folk via their website, their website states 1-2 business days for UK delivery. I received an automated email from them 6 days after placing my order stating sorry your order is cancelled as there isn’t enough stock.
I understand this time of year is busy for all retailers but to email me almost 1 week later when their delivery window is 1-2 business days is truly poor customer service.
The short automated email did not confirm if a refund had been processed. I emailed them straight back to explain why this is poor customer service and to query my refund. I am still awaiting a response. Would not recommend shopping with them. Your money will be valued elsewhere.

TERRIBLE customer service, avoid at all costs. I ordered some jumpers from Folk Clothing and they sent me someone else's order in error. I then had to return this order and I still haven't received my correct order, nor any response to my 3 x emails. Their customer service phone number is rarely answered...just keeps ringing and ringing. Their staff have a very laid back attitude, almost like they don't care about their customers. No apology either. I won't be buying from here again.
