The dress supplied had a fault in the material and now the company is unable to be contacted and is refusing any compensation or return option even though their website say otherwise. Pictures and receipts previously supplied. This was also lodged with the ACCC and they also contacted the company and they refused to help in any way so don't believe their website about assistance with any problems. Once you buy from them your on your own.

I have to disagree with your statement that my case has been resolved. It was not resolved by your company.

I never received my parcel, nor did I receive a refund from you. After waiting for over three months while my parcel remained stuck somewhere, I was repeatedly told that you could not refund me because the parcel was still in transit.

The only reason I got my money back was because I raised a chargeback through my bank. Your company did not resolve this issue or provide the refund.

Please stop claiming that my case was resolved by you or implying that my complaint is inaccurate. My experience was very real, and your handling of this matter was extremely disappointing. Instead of acknowledging what happened, your response attempts to rewrite the facts.

I hope you will use this feedback to improve your customer service and ensure other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

Great pieces and service was awesome

Not sure why other people are complaining about quality but it might be certain items. My trainers and hoodie were great quality, on par with every other streetwear brand I've bought online

also I accidentally ordered to the wrong address and their customer service guy completely saved it lol. ty santo dude!

My experience was very unsatisfactory. I paid 35 pound for a top that ended up being from Shien, when I requested a refund I was told I would have to pay for the international shipping which cost the same price as the top initially. The quality is cheap and the returns policy is worse, I would stay away.

I ordered a pair of trainers which were too small. More than 2 months later, I have been unable to send them back for a refund or to obtain a replacement, despite many emails from myself and a wordy reply from Santo [when I eventually threatened to leave a negative review] promising a replacement, but no sign of it yet. I would advise against using this company unless you are sure you will not need to return the goods.

Great clothing, great shipping time

I am reluctant to even give them a 1 star!!! Ordered and the website said u can cancel within 24 hours I cancelled immediately when I realised it was from china but surprisingly they didn’t get back to me until after 24 hours and then said it had already shipped!!!! Then when it arrived was way too big and tried to return it only for it to be sat in customs since January, now I have been told it’s being returned to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMAPNY…. They take your money and run with no customer service. Truly pee’d off and well out of pocket

They actually replied to my questions and i ordered asics and they are actually good and look real and feel good

Paid for a pair of hybrid trousers got sent a pair of chinos instead which are cheaper in price ,phoned the so called customer care numerous times had no follow up which is none existent ,emailed customer care numerous times without any replies which is none existent yet the company says it will respond within 24 hours of any email or phone call. all the signs of a very dodgy company who is out to rip consumers off

Doesn’t reply to emails. Shipping times are a lie.

My order hasn’t updated and they won’t respond to me or refund my order.

Scummy brand

I am extremely disappointed in our experience with Santo. Apalling (or rather zero) customer service and no response to emails. Jeans bought in correct size. Zip broke when trying on. Requested return and followed advice to contact them via their support email - still no response after two emails. I am reluctant to return to address in China at my own cost with no response and confirmation for an expensive item. Not acceptable. Will never buy again.

This is by far the worst clothing company I’ve dealt with. Their communication is terrible, their size charts are completely inaccurate, and their customer service is extremely unprofessional.
They ship from China, which takes almost 15 days, and if you want to return something, you have to pay for shipping back to the manufacturer. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY.

Ordered on the 3rd Jan 2026.
I attempted to cancel my order on the 4th Jan 2026, within their stated 24-hour window. Didn’t receive a response to that email until the 6th Jan 2026.
The company ignored the cancellation and shipped the order anyway.
When I raised this issue with them, they offered partial refunds (10%, 20%, 30%, up to 50%), but after I accepted the 50% option, they stopped responding, despite sending emails in quite swift speed beforehand.

Still waiting for the refund they offered.
I will update this review if resolved.
