FloSports is a Terrible Streaming Service
Terrible streaming service. Their subscription pricing is absurd, particularly given the technical difficulties their Apple TV app has and how they routinely ruin the viewing experience by posting spoilers before you get a chance to watch event replays. I have used FloSports predominantly for cycling. Stick to HBO and Peacock, when you can, or figure out a VPN solution. FloSports is awful.

You really should communicate when you don’t have the rights to stream the content on your app-especially when you say you have the track meet and it’s live streaming. We spent literally hours-at least 10 hours-trying to figure out how to watch our son run. It was incredibly frustrating and not a good experience with Flotrack at all. I will likely cancel my service.

In some cases, events may appear on the schedule but end up not being streamed in certain regions due to rights limitations. Not a "Streaming service" just daylight robbery!!
awful "streaming service" - will never, ever use your company again - overpriced and undeliverable on service!! you ruined our day by the terrible coverage of the Tour of Flanders cycle race on Sunday 5th April!! constant freezing of the picture, no sound, no picture, constant buffering. luckily we had a computer, a VPN and could access the coverage live from Belgium TV - guess what? no freezing of the picture, perfect sound a NO glitches!! not one!! - your coverage when it did work was2 minutes behind the race coverage - so not even live!!! I will not be recommending your company!!

We can see that the stream was accessed on a VIZIO SmartCast device. When issues like freezing, buffering, or audio loss occur, they’re often related to device performance, app compatibility, or connection stability. While many viewers were able to watch the event without issue, we understand that doesn’t make your experience any less frustrating. We would have appreciated the opportunity to troubleshoot with you at the time, as we’re often able to help improve playback in situations like this.
Regarding the delay you mentioned, some latency is expected with live streaming and can vary between platforms and broadcasters. That said, we understand how noticeable that can be when following a live race.

Morgen was able to communicate effectively what my issue was. The entire issue was resolved in less than 4 hours which is pretty impressive considering all communication took place via email. Morgen was polite and resolved my issue within the same day. I couldn't be any happier with the customer service.

This is our first year using FloSports-not good
This is our first year using FloSports. We use it to watch live games when we can’t be there in person and it’s great when I’m not gettting the “technical difficulties” notification. It was especially bad today with the audio extremely distorted. It would be nice to have other options.

For the most part the Bicycle Racing coverage is excellent. However I have complained a few times about results and other spoilers being included under the “Replay” heading. When searching there for races I have not yet seen, I do not want to see headlines that more than hint at results. Please put them someplace else.

Flo Racing on ROKU
I've watched sprint cars on Flo on my pc 4 to 5 years now, and as soon as I saw that Flo now had an app on Roku I immediately opened it and wow, Flo racing on my big screen!! Now I'm inclined to look at other events on Flo because it's so much easier than on my pc. Thanks again Flo, totally awesome!

Quick and efficient Assistance
Milesplit has a charge feature that allows you to see standing in different categories. This is valuable for me as a coach and I had an issue that after I paid, I was unable to see the information I wanted to see. I sent an email and that same day, I received a reply and my account was updated. I loved the quick reply and having the issue resolved quickly.

I was billed for a new year of subscription after I believe I canceled the subscription many months ago.
I was billed for a new year of subscription when I thought I had canceled the subscription through the app many months ago. I was unable to locate a number for customer service so I called my credit card company. My credit card company also did not have access to a customer service number. I opened a dispute through the credit card company (the annual fee was significantly higher than my original annual subscription). Within a day of doing this I received an email from flosport asking me to cancel the dispute and to provide them with a letter stating the dispute was canceled. They said they could not help me until this was done. I called the credit card company who recommended against cancelling the dispute while a resolution had not been met. I let flosport know this (while asking then for a customer service number) and they said they could not help me if the dispute was not closed with the credit card company.

All FloSports subscriptions renew automatically unless they’re canceled ahead of the billing date, but we completely understand that these things can sometimes be missed; it happens, and we’re always happy to take a closer look and help when customers reach out to us directly.
In this case, since a dispute was opened with your credit card provider first, the charge entered a formal chargeback process. When that happens, the funds are placed on hold by the bank for up to 45 days while they review the case, and during that time we’re unfortunately unable to access the payment or issue a refund on our end. That’s why our team advised that the dispute would need to be resolved before we could step in.
We completely understand why you followed your card provider’s recommendation, though it can make things more complicated to resolve quickly. This is also why we generally recommend reaching out to us first through our support page. If a game is live, we’re online and our billing team can help sort out these issues quickly.
Once the dispute is resolved, we’d be more than happy to take another look and see how we can help.
