Flo has become remarkably quick and efficient at answering customer support issues, particularly related to profiles. Literally an instantaneous response followed by an immediate fix to the issue.

Literally the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I read somewhere that you could watch from 3 locations, which covers me and both grandparents. Unfortunately, when I signed up I chose the wrong plan. I emailed the company once I realized, and they replied right away, cancelled my plan with a full refund, and set me up with what I wanted. Whole thing took two emails and less than an hour, which is usually how long I’m on hold with other businesses. Super impressed by the way I was treated.

Milesplit customer service has been amazing. As a new track Dad they took the time to explain things in detail. I appreciate that. This is why I ended up doing the subscription which is well worth it!

I signed up exclusively to watch international rugby, nothing else they offer is of any interest whatsoever.
Immediately thereafter they lose the rights to everything I signed up for & they refuse to refund my money or even communicate.
Worst streaming app in the world!
Interesting that you twice ignore my messages on your website under contact us, but respond immediately (with an invalid email address btw..) to a public review.

Great team and very helpful
The team that works behind the scenes is amazing!! I have had to email on 2 separate occasions during indoor and outdoor track season on issues and they were so kind and very helpful. Other sites have not been so help nor as easy to use. We appreciate the team for all the hard work keeping athlete marks/times updated and correct. All issues we have had were addressed quickly and with the utmost respect.

For the price, I was surprised by mediocrity
To start with, $40 a month is the most expensive subscription I know of, I remembered it being $30 when I checked several months ago, so for that price my expectations are going to be high. I believe I started my account on the iOS app where it allowed me to sign up using my Google account. But after starting an account and paying, I still had to sign in, and on the app you can't sign in with Google. So my email address was registered with flo but I never made a password, so I couldn't sign in. Customer service was helpful and responsive sending a link to "reset" my password. The app is pretty nice overall, I'm watching on a iPad with a keyboard but there's no keyboard controllability like in other apps. I was also surprised to see there is still ads in the app even though I'm paying $40 a month, seems greedy, but is what it is.
